I can't recommend this place enough if you want good quality safe products and someone you can trust for advice and help with fitting etc at the time of purchase and after. I purchased a car seat from here months ago and received a lovely and professional service at the time. It needed adjusting for more leg room but I was worried about doing it myself. I sent a message last night about booking an appointment to get it adjusted, I was able to pop in today where the seat was adjusted, checked and checked again and then I was told no charge!

Charlie was able to offer us expert advice and tailored to our needs and wants. Super friendly and explained everything to us. I cannot recommend Charlie enough. Super pleased with our purchases and we will definitely return in the future.

We would really recommend Just Another Baby. We weren’t sure what we needed but Charlie was so knowledgable and helped us find a travel system to fit in our small car. She then arranged to store it until we were able to collect. We’ve also been so impressed with how helpful she has been in the months since the purchase, sorting out a couple of minor issues with the pram - much more responsive than you’d get with a big chain! Highly recommended

Travelled down from N Devon as nowhere to have a good look /buy buy prams/car seats etc nearer to home and was well worth the journey ! Charley was so very helpful and knowledgeable in connection with pram usage/car seats/baby carriers which (as novices) was a great help. No queuing or waiting to be served due to the appointment system - we cannot recommend highly enough - definitely NOT “Just Another Baby”!! Thank You 🙏

Can’t recommend ‘Just another Baby’ enough, great service, time and knowledge of the products. We first went to ‘Just another Baby’ a few weeks back where we saw Eva where she was very patient and picked out the best products for me and we went back today where Charlie was so accommodating when we rang last minute to place an order.

We had a fantastic experience when purchasing our twin travel system at Just Another Baby. Charlie was very knowledgeable and willing to both explain and demonstrate how to use the items. She also helped us to install the car seats. We would definitely recommend. Thanks Charlie!

I visited Just Another Baby? in person to get a highback booster seat after my son had outgrown his rear-facing seat.
An appointment was made at a convenient time and the expertise was wonderful.
I was listened to, given my options and shown several times how to safely fit the seats. I asked so many questions and every single one was answered with confidence and professionalism.
I wanted two of the car seats and the stock was in the warehouse. This was collected in the afternoon. And I was able to collect my second seat just a couple of hours later.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the in person service offered here.

Ordered a pram bundle and emailed me and told me that the it was not in stock. No offer to match up with an alternative brand. Very bad service.

Being first time parents it was extremely important for us to feel listened to and trust the person selling to us as it is a large investment! This was absolutely what we received when visiting Just Another Baby. We had a great experience and would highly recommend to everyone! There is a wide range of products and we were able to test and get a feel for what felt right for us!

This is a really great shop. We brought our bumbleride buggy here three years ago and we have needed some new parts. I cannot fault their customer service. It’s excellent. Prompt responses and very helpful. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Charlie and Just Another Baby? enough. Friendly, fast and effective communication and advice and brilliant service. The car seat fitting service really put my mind at ease and the fact that Charlie was able to store the car seat for us until we were able to come for an appointment was very useful. The whole experience was so easy and much better than dealing with large chains. I would recommend a visit to Just Another Baby? to anyone.

Charlie was super helpful when we visited to look at prams. We didn't know a lit going in but she took us through the options, showed us how the various models worked and let us have a try ourselves. There was absolutely no pressure throughout and when we did decide to place our order this all went very easily. We were able to pay on a schedule that suited us and leave the pram with Charlie until we were ready to collect. Great experience all around.

Confirmed order, took the money and then told me the following day that I needed to order another item as couldn't purchase alone.

She shows you products you can afford within your budget and is not pushy at all to buy beyond this. When we found out we was pregnant everyone told us we had to go to Charlie at Just Another Baby for our travel system! From first contact with Charlie she was so friendly and helpful and we couldn’t wait to meet her and get her advise!
When we went in for our pre booked appointment you can tell she absolutely loved her job and knows about all the different brands, models, the way they work etc. We had a couple buggy’s in mind which we asked her what she would suggest to go best with our life style. She suggest a few different systems and after having a play with and Charlie giving us information on them them we picked the Egg2 travel system (which is absolutely beautiful). Charlie ordered the system for us and the colour my husband chose (to many beautiful colours for me to pick one) and she kept the travel system for us for a few weeks before we could collect it! We have since picked it up and built it at my mums house and have played with it so much! We can’t wait for our bundle of joy to arrive to be able to get out and about with it!

We were looking to buy are pram car seat cot , and wanted to go somewhere you could view products and test , we found just another baby online book a appointment and travel up to see Charlie she was so helpful helping us choose our pram car seat and was able answer all of our questions and more , showing us how everything work , definitely so much better than ordering online as we went for something completely different as to what we had been looking at online and would not of suited us at all , so pleased we visited the lovely Charlie to help us chose our pram car seat and crib
