My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent. The team responded quickly and helped me clearly and professionally. Emerald was very cooperative and explained everything in detail, and I hope the issue will be fully resolved as they described. Thank you for their cooperation and fast response.

Timely and prompt response

I requested for my subscription to be cancelled, although I was informed the cancellation will done within 14 days of initiation, it was cancelled within an hour of my request.
The support from the escalation team was great.
