I ordered on Wednesday, fully paid and got a receipt to say it’s processing and that it’ll be here with 2-4 days . They didn’t even confirm my order until today which is Friday…. The auspost don’t work on weekends and they haven’t even sent the order yet. Which means I most likely won’t get my order for about a week or 7 days from the to do actually ordered.
When I emailed them asking why this is there was literally no answer apart from sorry we will send it. Also I STILL haven’t got a confirmation to say it’s processed. I got this website from a friend who uses it but at this point they haven’t stopped replying to me asking why it isn’t processed. In convicned it’s a scam and if it’s not it surely is dodgy. If they haven’t even sent or assigned the order three days later then something is up. If it takes 3 days to confirm an order but not send it how could you possibly receive it in 2-4 days ???
At this point I will have no vape, no discount and they would probably take even longer to get my refund sent back.
Would at all costs try to find them elsewhere as in my experience they haven’t done what they said on the website and instead of trying to same day ship it or go out of there way to fix there mistake they basically make you just cop it. I also ordered before cutt off times.

They tell people they’re sending them free vapes to make up for it but never seen anyone say they’ve received it 😂

Received my order promptly, only to find they were all old stock with batteries not lasting more than two days, there is a reason they are cheap, they are crap.

I ordered just before Easter weekend but received the order confirmation &tracking number same day. I had some concerns but they were addressed promptly & I received my package on the Wednesday so not even 1 week from ordering. If you want an easy, legit transaction these guys are it. Will definitely be using them in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have been messed around from these guys numerous times and ripped off numerous times. They are very difficult to deal with when it comes to refunds and they say they have sent items even though they haven’t. Very VERY unorganised and unprofessional.

This is my 3rd order with Just Vapes, and same as always, service and product is excellent. Price is way cheaper and orders were processed and sent straight away. We used to get express shipping, but this recent order was sent thru normal post (which is understandable given the current situation of the economy now). Will definitely be dealing with them again and again. 100/10

NOT TRUSTED WEBSITE!!! they gave me a MELFUNCTIONED VAPE and I told them to give me a full refund, this company is trying to take your money because when they replied back that they will. I haven’t heard SINCE, I told them my payid: 0420562651 and they ghosted me not giving back the money

FOR ALL YOU GUYS BUYING HERE ALL TEHY SELL IS FAKE BROKEN VAPES THEY DIDNT PAY ME BACK MY MONEY 60.90$ and I’m very ashamed because I bought here 2 times and had no issues they just trying to steal your money.

Took a week to get delivered and both vapes only worked for 2 puffs then died. Not happy

This was my 3rd order from Just Vapes. Had a small problem with my payment not going through which was a bank issue. Contacted Just Vapes and the communication between us was friendly and helpful. I'm extremely impressed with the speed in which I received my order. Always well packaged. Well done. Highly Recommended.

we ordered 4x vapes on the 27th of february 2026, it still has not came. i have emailed and had responses from just vapes but when they replied saying the package was lost, they offered a refund which has still not been received either. reallt unfortunate as i have bought a 10 pack off them before and came within the week. also i just want to add that i completely understand that delivery isnt their fault and is auspost! and they have been helpful in sending emails back and communicating its just unfortunate that the package was lost and that we dont know whats happening

I expected this to be fake, oh my gosh it’s real, fast delivery too. I would love it if there was more restocks because everything decent is sold out.
