DO NOT USE JUST REMOVALS!
This Company is an utter shambles; hopelessly inept, unprofessional, uncommunicative, manned by discourteous disinterested staff barely capable of articulating a literate communication.
After collecting my consignment from a storage facility in Plymouth, they held it on their own Kent premises for two months during which time I was drip fed an interminable litany of utterly implausible excuses for it's delayed onward transmission to Portugal. Under intense pressure from myself, and the equally exasperated Broker in France, they finally conceded defeat & sub contracted to another firm.
I finally received my throughly battered boxes, with numerous breakages, and received nothing more than an insincere apology and a derisory £100 compensation.
I was absolutely appalled and can still hardly believe that such a bunch of utter 'cowboys' can possibly still be allowed to operate.
I have warned every single acquaintance here in Portugal and must do so on this forum also. No doubt the Broker is also issuing warnings within his own arena.
I do not exaggerate.
Do not waste your money, or put yourself through the stress and inconvenience of using this completely unprofessional organisation.
