Delivered to wrong address and no customer service number. Sent email. Said they would deal with it. That was yesterday morning and I've not heard anymore

2 hours waiting for a delivery that never showed up. Called the restaurant owner blaming Just Eat. Just Eat then blaming the owner for not adhering to protocols. No apology given, just my refund which is standard practice. Rubbish service, don't use!

Never using Just Eat ever again!
Ordered KFC never turned up. When we contacted them three members of staff left the chat and said because we hadn’t messaged them in a while we didn’t need assistance anymore. Very bad experience. Never using Just Eat again. Took 2 hours to talk to customer service and see about getting a refund still waiting for a refund. If there was a choice for no stars would of picked it.

Shady company
Delivery time alright, but food was disguisting, ordered from Big Bite Oslo, wrote review in just eat site, got mail that review was deleted. Stay away from this

That is why you were prompted to rather leave a review here of Just Eat, as we were at fault, not the restaurant.
