I was thinking about using this company after browsing their website (reading the about section for names) and seeing "positive" reviews. However after doing a quick Google search, one of the co owners has recently been convicted for burglary! This has made me think twice about inviting them to my home.

We needed more space and although moving was a possibility, we love where we live and the kids like their schools so decided to look at options to extend

After initially contacting 3 companies, 2 never even responded so the only company in the running was Just Home Projects as they responded very quickly

But having only one quote didn’t make sense so we contacted another company who did respond and issued a quote

Comparing the two, Just Home Projects were more expensive, but we really got a good feel with them

All the way through, Liam and Keith were extremely patient and friendly but also very professional so decided to accept their quote and we couldn’t be happier

They more than justified our decision and our extension is absolutely amazing. The workmanship was excellent and during the whole build, we were constantly kept up to date on what was going on

The extra space has been a long time coming. We are genuinely delighted with the investment we’ve made and cannot thank Just Home Projects enough

We both highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and will definitely use them again when we do our next projects

The front and side of our house was looking tired and worn so needed a revamp

We considered resin but it was just too expensive so after discussions with Liam & Keith, we eventually agreed on tarmac, but with a nice light contrasting border, and we are so happy. It's stunning, doesn't even look like the same house

We've had so many compliments from neighbours, and several are now considering doing the same. We are super happy with it and cannot thank Just Home Projects enough, for all their patience, advice and excellent quality work

We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new drive. Great company all round

Our two teenagers were starting to clash over space indoors — especialy with schoolwork, gaming, and mates coming round

We didn’t want them holed up in their bedrooms all the time, but the living room wasn’t working either

Now they’ve got their own hangout space in the garden, which they absolutely love

It’s warm, safe, and now gives us a bit of breathing room too. Best thing we’ve done for a long time and we can’t thank Just Garden Rooms enough

They advised us on things we’d overloked and were very understanding throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble

Unusualy, the experience we had was really good which was great as we do have a tendency to get easily stressed

We’d been living with the same tired kitchen for over 15 years — worn units, dodgy drawers, and not nearly enough worktop space. We weren’t after anything flashy, just something well-built, practical, and easy to maintain

Just Kitchens were great right from the start. No pushy sales chat — just honest advice and proper workmanship. The result is exactly what we were hoping for, clean, solid, and far more functional than before

We were recommended by friends who had theirs built by them and we’re really happy with our decision

I had my flooring done by Liam and his colleague back in winter last year. The work was finished to a high standard & on time as promised - meaning minimal disruption to day to day life (left clean too which is a huge bonus!) They communicated well and overcame any obstacles faced with my difficult shaped room with Herringbone flooring.

I’ve since had the team back to complete several aspects of my newly fitted kitchen and have plans for them start works at my relatives house in the coming months both internal & external.

I started working from home permanently in 2022, and the dining table just wasn’t cutting it anymore. We didn’t have a spare room, and building an extension seemed like too much cost and disruption. A garden room felt like a smarter option, but I was worried it might feel cold, or like a glorified shed

Turns out it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The process was super smooth from day one — they helped with everything from design to electrics and insulation, and nothing felt rushed or half-baked

Communication was great throughout, before we accepted the quite, during the build and even once they’d finished, which really helped put us at ease

It’s now a proper office space that’s quiet, warm in winter, and actually enjoyable to work in. I’ve got a big desk, fast Wi-Fi, and no distractions — but I’m still only 10 seconds from the house. My productivity has definitely improved

Feels like I’ve added a whole new room to the property — without the headache of planning permission or bricks and mortar

I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Just Garden Rooms because they were excellent

They’re not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we are really happy that we spent a bit more and got professionals, as opposed to going for the cheapest price and risk being disappointed
