Withdrawal refused without explanation
I used several bonuses at Jupi Casino and completed the wagering requirements with normal stakes (100 € per bet). After fulfilling the bonus conditions, I requested a withdrawal of €375.23.
Shortly afterwards, the withdrawal was cancelled and the amount was removed from my account. When I contacted customer support, they only provided general sections of their Terms & Conditions referring to “Prohibited Practices” and “Bonus Abuse.” They did not specify any concrete violation, any specific activity on my account, or provide any evidence.
I did not use a VPN, duplicate accounts, or any external software. The bonus terms do not include any stake limits, so I do not understand how my gameplay could be classified as “Bonus Abuse.”
This process appears intransparent and unfair. I hope Jupi Casino resolves this matter fairly and releases the withheld funds.
