Delivery timescales are a lie.

I ordered from them as they had advertised 1-5 days delivery. Upon recieving the confirmation email, the delivery date was 13 days from order. I contacted them to discuss this and they don't account for "warehouse processing time" in their advertised delivery.

I cancelled the order immediately and was told that I would have a refund quickly. This was not the case either. 1.5 weeks later I received a refund, however it was for $150 less than what I had paid. No explanation, and I am still trying to get the full amount refunded to date.

The mattress came in good time.
The mattress was for a guest room and feels quite nice. The comfort bundle they off includes a queen sheet set and 2 standard pillows.
I also ordered separately, an alternative down duvet.
The sheets are very poor quality. It is 100% cotton an once washed the were so wrinkled I had to iron them… I have never ironed sheets!
As for the duvet? It is yet to come and no updates for 3weeks.
The 3star is for the mattress which seems fine.
Buyer beware.
