I was searching for a quick easy way to sell my idle Ford Taurus. I was looking to get the most I could in the easiest way possible. Selling my old Explorer was simple and easy. I called JunkCarMedics, described the car, and got a quote. After accepting the offer, my Explorer was picked up by a very nice tow truck driver and I received my check.

I was a bit skeptical about this whole process, but I was wow’ed at how smooth everything went. The Towing company reached out they were very professional and answered questions I had. The amount I was given for my car was not what was expecting! They gave me more than I expected! I highly recommend.

They were very helpful, very quick, and very polite and respectful. This was just a great experience even tho I was sad to see my truck go, they were very thorough and quick. And when, at the last minute, I couldn't find my title, they were ready with a simple paper to fill out sign date give me cash in hand and they were gone truck in tow!

The service was good but I didn’t like the fact that they took $145 off of my quote because the catalytic converter was stolen off my car. But other then that I liked the service.

Easy transaction. Entered my car info on-line. Received my generous offer for my non-running car. Was contacted after the holiday weekend (offer accepted late Friday). Car was picked up early in quoted time frame. Driver arrived and took some photos. Handed me my check for the exact amount offered. Will recommend to anyone I know looking to get rid of a junk car.

No one ever called or texted me to pick up the car, even after rescheduling, I would get text from peddle asking me if the car had been picked up, but never heard from anyone else to actually meet me!!!

There is no guarantee on time, price or anything important, process is weird through 3rd party not completely explained prior to accepting and felt like a scam.

They gave me the highest offer, called to confirm a pickup time, showed up with cash,I signed paperwork, and they took the car away. The process was so quick and easy and the price you are quoted online is the price you get, no hassle. I will use them again if needed, and have already referred a few people to them. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.

Failure. Went on the website on Monday and set it up. That part went fine. They then pawn you off to another company called Pettle. Who then Emails you and gives you a phone number to call for a third (local) company to schedule pickup. Problem is, the number doesn’t work. Tried 15 times Tuesday-Thursday. Even tried to reach out to the local company independently through their website and no one answered there or returned my message. Sent an email to junk car medics on Thursday saying if I didn’t hear back by 10am I’d look elsewhere. The only response was them asking for a review 2 days later. Found another company who answers the phone and, turns out they pay more too. Take your business elsewhere.

These people said that my car was going to get picked up but never showed up. I tried to reschedule and said that they will get in touch soon but nothing. Stop wasting people's time and stop playing around!

Such an easy and quick process. Filled out information online and received a call within 2 hours and same day pick up. Definitely recommend.
