My experience working at Jungle works

My experience working at Jungle Works has been very enriching. I had the opportunity to learn about business development, client handling, and franchise sales. The work environment is dynamic, and I gained practical exposure to real-world business scenarios. It helped me improve my communication skills and understand how to deal with clients effectively. Overall, it has been a great learning experience for my professional growth.

Promises Broken, No Refund — Misleading Service

paid $310.99 for a 3-month Tookan plan after Jungleworks explicitly confirmed in writing that their platform supports:
• Automatic delivery-fee calculation in WooCommerce checkout
• Display of that fee to the customer in real time
• Full setup within one week

After more than a month of delays, Jungleworks admitted the key feature is “not possible.” No working integration was delivered. They refused a refund, claiming they had “made an effort.” Effort was never the product I paid for — working functionality was.

Now I’m forced to file a chargeback through my bank and submit a fraud complaint to Stripe. Time lost, money held hostage.

Bottom line: big promises before payment, zero delivery after. Avoid if you need reliable, honest service.

Bad Company no refund

If you're considering doing business with this company, be cautious. If you don't like the product and try to cancel your order or request a refund, they are unlikely to issue one. The product quality is not the best, and the customer service is poor. I made that mistake — and I wouldn't recommend trusting them.

The biggest regret of my life

Jungleworks provide a number of SaaS products for businesses small and large alike. My use case is a home services business. I invested much of my life savings into the business, a good proportion of it with Jungleworks.

Having purchased dozens of SaaS platforms for various businesses over the last 20 years, I understand that you usually get what you pay for. Well, with Jungleworks you don't even get that.

I can honestly say that signing a contract with Jungleworks is the single biggest regret of my life. That sounds dramatic, right? Well, they promised me a product that would work with my use case, with a couple of customizations but nothing too drastic. Boy, did they lie!!! Not only have they taken my money, but my business has been unable to maintain the majority of its customer base because its flagship app is an utter failure.

Their customer service is abominable. They refuse to engage. I can't think of an experience in my life that has caused more harm than working with these guys.

I wish I could give less than 1 star to the company responsible for the decimation of my business, my mental health and my savings. I can't see my business ever fully recovering from the curse of Jungleworks.

I beg you, if you're a small business looking for a simple software solution, do not touch this company.

Shame on you, JungleWorks (Tookan).

You are the most disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with. You exploited me, took my money, wasted my time, and left me with nothing but frustration. Your team is beyond unprofessional — unresponsive, careless, and clearly just out to scam people.

You pretend to be a tech company, but in reality you’re a messy, half-baked operation that feeds off small businesses. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You stole my money and ignored every message after that.

This isn’t just bad service — this is abuse. Plain and simple.
I will make sure everyone knows what kind of scam you’re running.

Paid $3000 – No Service Delivered, No Response

Review Body:
I’m a client from Saudi Arabia and I paid $3000 to JungleWorks (Tookan) to develop a white-label delivery app. They provided me with a payment link, and the amount was deducted through my Visa card. After the payment, communication from their side completely stopped.

Despite multiple follow-ups by email and WhatsApp, I received no response, no service, no updates, and no support. They promised to deliver the application within a specific timeline, but nothing has been delivered to date. I have payment receipts and full documentation proving my transaction and agreement with them.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I feel misled and financially harmed. I will be reporting this case to my bank for a chargeback and filing an international complaint through econsumer.gov.

I do not recommend this company. If you’re considering working with JungleWorks/Tookan, be extremely cautious and avoid upfront payments until you receive real, working results

Excellent Delivery Management Solution

’ve had a fantastic experience with Tookan! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage my pickup and delivery business efficiently. The Shopify integration is seamless, allowing me to embed my scheduling form directly into my website.

One of the standout features is the customizable booking form, which lets my customers upload images and input weight and item quantity—something I couldn't do with my previous provider. The automated dispatching and route optimization have helped streamline operations, making deliveries faster and more cost-effective.

Customer support has been top-notch, answering all my questions and guiding me through the setup. If you run a logistics or delivery business, I highly recommend Tookan!

As a partner working with Jungleworks, I had a horrible experience. Despite bringing 3 clients to their door step they cut me out of the deal and threatened to block my client's account unless a payment was made. #SCAM

Bad Experience with Jungleworks

Before engaging with Jungleworks, we were in discussions with other companies. During this process, we shared one of the many quotes we received (while adhering to confidentiality rules) for comparison. However, Jungleworks representative Hanush (who claimed to be a sales manager) behaved unprofessionally, using threats and dishonest tactics.

This experience raised serious concerns about how Jungleworks values its clients. If such issues arise even before making a payment, it’s worrying to imagine what could happen afterward.

Due to Hanush’s actions, both we and several other companies have decided to avoid working with Jungleworks. We will share our experience on other platforms, ensuring respect for personal rights and legal compliance.

Wow has this company downgraded in this…

Wow has this company downgraded in this industry of delivery. 7 years on Tookan bought out by Junglewoks to force their Yelo product last mile process. Yelo could not survive as they as platform providers they could not even program a payment gateway with 3rd largest payment gateway in North America. Now Crowd Force has taken over Yelo as Fatafat being funded by Clik labs the original owners began by Crowd Force LLP. made suggestion to company told not possible now they are offering it in Fatafat. Just tried to reply to our supposed account rep at Jungleworks and email was returned as UN-deliverable. So Fatafat has removed any email addresses being accessed, only outbound mail for marketing purposes only to increase sales under Crowd Force. If using any product beware of conversations for improvements, and if thinking of investing be very careful, ensure you have facts. After our failure to have a payment gateway installed and working as in so called contract am glad have received our money back. So will unfortunately continue with Tookan even after all the platform changes from upgrade to downgrade, but will never send a nickle to Crowd Force for anything beyond. Fatafat looks good on web site but all marketing ploys do so be very cautious when making a decision to invest in this boardroom profit only organization and does not care about their customer service to their current customers.
Came back to Tookan because of potential but downgrade places them among the hundreds of available "Last Mile" platforms. Will seek a true ON DEMAND service, or after 20 years in logistics create one that actually is a Pick Up and Delivery platform based on ON DEMAND, not distribution delivery only, with the distribution hub as so called pick up. less expensive options to Fatafat with better support
