Never recieved item, never recieved any correspondence from them, then web page disappeared. Filed claim with shop and was told to correspond with vender. Lol am now disputing the charge and filling suit with the ag office. If you buy from them good luck. I truly believe the 5 star reviews are fake.

How do I get rid of Jungle Outlet. I click the link to unsubscribe on their incessant emails and in goes to a McAfee page. I appreciate the security warning, but I’m still not unsubscribed.

This brand Jungle Jewelry is such a scammer and liar . They are not paying your money and they never give you what you want. Pls stay away from those scammers

I was charged for something I didn't have ordered... and so far I haven't been able to get a way to get my reimbursement..

If it were I would give them a nnegative star. First, the advertisement is nothing short of fraudulent. The items were not as presented. Two items were ordered together and delivered as promised. They get credit for that.

Upon opening the delivery it was obvious the bracelet and necklace were not as promised.They provided items that were phony props. They were immediately notified and the horror show began. Responses, emails, and repetitive messages bEgan to no avail. They prayed on my ignorance.

Giving you the cliff note version, I received a refund of $40 out of a $300 order. My bad for believing people were honest. Jungle Outlet to me was dishonest and a fraud. Expensive mistake, don’t let that mistake happen to you.

I ordered the blue topaz pendant and when it arrived it was green not blue. I jumped through all their hoops to get a refund and finally they approved it. When I received my credit for my purchase I saw that they refunded all but $5 of my purchase. I guess they expect the customer to pay for postage to return a falsely advertised product. Do not do business with this company!

Literally counterfeit products. I wrote to tell them I was sending back their fake Ray Bans and they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee. Why in the world would they do that? Crazy!!

DO NOT be fooled. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I fell for it. You don't have to.

After correspondence with Jungle Outlet regarding a defective bracelet, the matter was resolved. I had to return the item. They provided the label for shipping from UPS. They notified me they would refund the purchase amount when it was received. After a few days I was notified they had received the item and were refunding the money. I thought it was handled professionally and with expedience.

I placed an order for a Invicta Pro Diver Rose Gold-tone Black Dial 40 mm Men's Watch. What I received was a yellow gold tone watch instead.
Emails to the company have been useless.

Absolute junk. Purchased a bracelet with a wonky clasp. It fell off my arm less than one hour of wearing it and it was lost. Contacted the company and they refuse to issue refund or rep,ace bracelet. Filed a dispute with,y credit card company. Terrible dishonest junk seller.

Terrible jewelry I have bought plenty of quality pieces off the internet this company however is super trash. They falsely advertise what the product is then try to charge u a restock fee from the purchase price instead of giving you back full refund. Best bet is to report them FTC and your credit company. This company and the jewelry isn't worth 2$.

I ordered 3 watches and the boxes came marked with crazy high price labels, I had the boxes mailed to my corporate forwarding address in Miami, but now Customs charged me terribly high Taxes because the label on every Invicta watch box valuated the item 6 o 8 times the price I paid for them... so the Invoice I presented appeared as fake to their eyes. Turning this into a Total loss and a legal issue for me.

Also bought an Item named as Diamond & Created Ruby Teardrop, when I took it to my local jewelry shop, after a detailed inspection they laughed at the jewelry piece saying the quality was so low, it was not worth 5 usd maximum, so how come your pieces are original diamonds and good quality???

Of corse JungleOutlet.com refuses to offer any solution or a refund.

This terrible low quality items, and WHY would they invoice one price and send the priducts marked with fake overpriced tags 7 TIMES the price they really sell them for?? They have broken my budget here, worst customs office thinks I tried to cheat on them! Their jewelry is a total rip-off!

Said my item had shipped it hadn’t then item out of stock, the switched me to a different watch and offered me the watch(diff color dial) and 50$ refund sounded great I gave go ahead....Then Hi Stephen,

Followed later on day by sorry we can’t do that ..... if you can’t follow through and 50$ will wreck your bottom line you are sketchy as hell.

i received an email from this website with the items that I had been eyeing for quite a while. I bought two pairs of sunglasses and a perfume, fantastic experience, affordable and easy to use web!

Ordered a refurbished laptop ... it came broken , screen was cracked, and did not work...
Asked for a refund and after 1 month and 7 days got my refund ... not to mention I emailed several times with no reply...

Purchase an iPad Mini, supposed to be five to seven day shipping. I received an email saying the item has been shipped with a tracking confirmation a grw days later....
5 days i get notified that they no longer have this item in stock and that they hope they can serve me better later? Go somewhere else to spend your money

Bought 2 beats studio. Both had the same serial number. That's $300 down the drain. Is anyone doing anything against this company?

My Powerbeat3 will not connect anymore, called apple and they have had over 200 calls with same fake serial number. I want my money back
