Bought a few “Trim Run” badder concentrate that was less than good. Currently I have a Frozen Grape jam that is just adequate and should be awesome.
As the company adds more stores the product quality is “Average” when once upon a time the quality was unmatched!
My preference for the Jungle is no longer as there are better products available to consumers.

Its a scam under the name of jungle boys usa. Uk customers stay away from the website that tells u to pay either PayPal or bank transfer to revolt account.

Ordered online alot of money, and never received my parcel. Not very pleased at all and as a first time buyer it's left me very unsatisfied. Customer service is poor they read your messages and either take ages to write back after reading, or read your message and don't write back at all. Alot of improvement needed.

If i could give them zero Stars I would. This is about the San Diego, CA location. They falsely advertised outsourced products discount and lied about prices they had labeled. My first time went ok but I went for my birthday present very excited and ready to spend 200 on something I've been wanting for a couple of years now. I had just been there a week and a half earlier when I was told the price and the discount I would receive. When I showed up to make my purchase I was told first off that the product was $250 instead of $200 and that my discount wouldn't apply even though a week and a half earlier a manager there told me it would. Of course I was disappointed but when I asked them to take my name off of any mailing lists or spam lists they told me that they couldn't do that and that I would just have to get there advertisements. Terrible customer service and rude bud tenders. Maybe it was cuz im female and they were catering to their male clients more attentively? Not sure but I am sure I won't be going back. BEWARE...

I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered. They seemed helpful at first and gave me tracking ref number, when I tracked the order it said it was on hold in Belgium and that it was on hold due to not having insurance, so then they try to make you pay€1000 ( abiut 4x mores than my actual order) and they say that it is refundable after the order is received. I obviously didn’t pay the €1000 but lost the money for my initial order. These guys try to call your bluff and once they have received your money for the order they stop responding to messages. These guys are cucking funts DO NOT USE
Complete scam you won’t get nothing from these guys just taking peoples money do not give them a dollar shipping scandal asking to pay money to get your order for insurance money and wanted more than double of order cost so makes the original purchase not worth paying for so just lost all money ask them to sort it out and had no response what a nasty blackmailing technique jungle boys you should tell people they have to pay more money to get order not after they have payed so I say scammers and do not bother as unless you want to double pay for orders there is no point you won’t get the t shirts or SnapBacks from these jokers
