Received a Fake Product – Extremely Disappointed

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the StarFlex 360° USB for ₹990, expecting the original product as shown on the website. Instead, I received a cheap, low-quality item worth around ₹150 that looks nothing like the advertised product.

To make matters worse, I tried contacting customer support, but the contact email provided on the website did not work, making it impossible to get assistance or request a refund. This left me feeling completely misled.

Based on my experience, the website appears to use misleading product images and descriptions while delivering a completely different product. I would not recommend buying from this site.
