I have never had such bad treatment as I had from the woman at the desk at Gatwick number one N. she had every excuse why she couldn’t let us in telling us. She calculates the hours to the minute. They airplane leaves, and I advised her and showed her on my boarding pass we had to be at the gate an hour before the plane left or the gate closed. She was not interested. She was very rude and very arrogant. The owners of this lounge should fire this woman she should not be in this job you have to leave the lounge at the time of boarding not at the time of the plane taking off by then it’s a bit late and they want you at the gate an hour before hand so she was trying to tell us that she calculates it that way I don’t believe that the owners of the lounge calculated that way when your boarding pass says you have to be at the gate by a certain time which is an hour before the plane takes offor they close the gate if you are not there, she was not amenable. She was very rude and I got very cross with her. She threatened to call security and have me removed from the airport is this the way that you treat customers there are diners club lounge and I have already reported this to diners club and asked them to send their agent there to go and see what’s going on. You can only stay two hours if you’ve gotta be at the boarding gate an hour before hand and it’s chaos down at the boarding gate that’s why they want you there an hour early, but this woman would not cooperate and not make any arrangements to help us in anyway and told us to go away she was not going to assist if this is what they do at Gatwick airport. My advice to all passengers is stay away from Gatwick airport lounges because they’re not viable the people are rude and unaccommodating. She shouldn’t be in this job. She should’ve been fired long ago and I want the owners of the lounge to hear and see what I’ve written.
