I love the quality of the products and the shipment is always fast! Also a big fan of the little trinkets included, especially the stickers <3

The package was so cute and shipped with love <3 the products are high quality I love them for my skincare routine!

It took exactly 5/6 days to arrive (I orderd it on Friday) and everything came in good shape nothing broken, two stickers came with it as a gift..? It didn't come to my house though I had to go and get from a shop, maybe I misunderstood something even though I wrote my adress. Overall I had a good experience! I will definitley order from Jundio Studio again.

I'm always happy with the products, also because it's very cleary explained on the website, what's best for my skin.

I didn't receive the package. DhL sent a message saying it was delivered to a neighbour and that address is 1 and half hours by train away from my address somewhere in Nijmegan while I live in Amsterdam 1018GS. Completely lost on what to do.

Box came wet and serum was completely destroyed. They gave me a refund which I’m happy about but it took 2 days for them to react through mail and my messages on Instagram have been left on read. I understand it’s already fixt but it feels a bit wrong to leave someone on read. I would prefer if you guys would make PostNL or something else available. DHL and DPD are not safe at all in my city and now scared to order ever again since this never happened before.

Pricing for shipping were a little expensive but i guess that has to do cause i live in belgium. Most of the mails that is was at the dpd location I received in spam. But overall good packaging. It wasn’t damaged also cute with the extra stickers and face mask added.

I made the order the 27th of September . Today is 15th of October and i haven’t get any updated about my order.

I sent them an e-mail to talk about this issue. They provided me the track number of my order but when i check on the website of shipping company it says that “there is no parcel (yet ) found”.

I’m upset because i haven’t received much information about the state of my order . I’m not sure if i will buy again from them if they take this long .

When I ordered something it was supposed to arrive at a pick up point close to me and when I went to pick it up it didn’t arrive for some reason. I was very upset because it said my package was going to be send back but some people reached out to me and said they would re-send the package and offer me a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

I’m super happy about all the help i’ve gotten with my lost package and I will definitely be ordering from here again! 💗
