I rang this company this morning to get a quote to collect a cake for my sons birthday the guy Tom was half asleep rude and I repeated my self 4 times he then told me HG5 was in bath to which I’d given him the BA15 postcode which was bath I merely reiterated for the fifth time HG5 is not in bath it’s in Yorkshire . TOM the got very aggressive with me shouting screaming he called me a stupid fat ugly b1tch go away what a f’in idiot he said you are ordering a cake for your son so far away your a Moron he continually abused me calling me ugly and more upsetting vulgar language I have all the conversations on record he continued to belittle my son his disabilities and almost found it a sick joke it’s not funny it’s not clever I would not be using or advising people to use this company he didn’t care it was on record nor did he care to apologise he just laughed mocked and abused me more to the point he said he was going to ruin my life and day . I asked to speak to his manager Sandeep to which he refused said he wasn’t interested and I’m a silly ugly retard that doesn’t deserve an apology because I’m not a customer he then proceeded to tell me I get what I deserve in life and F off . I’m am deeply saddened and mortified than anyone can speak to anyone like this . I would be avoiding like the plague this person is not nice and doesn’t care about speaking to member of the public nicely !

I called this company after seeing their online ad for part-time driving jobs, hoping to get some information for a friend. Unfortunately, the representative who answered was incredibly rude from the start.

He refused to speak with me and repeatedly said to "apply online." When I politely persisted, asking about vacancies and benefits, he became hostile. He told me, "This is why you don't have a job," and when I clarified I was helping a friend, he responded with a shocking and vulgar insult.

I called back to request his name or to speak with a manager (Tom or Sandeep), but he refused both requests, claiming the managers "didn't want to speak to me." It's baffling that a company would employ someone so unprofessional and offensive to handle their recruitment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Offered me work at less than minimum wage, after asking me to pay for a DBS check was given no work or contact after questioned if wage amount was right zero contact was given after, delivering perscriptions also, so we have a company not abiding by the law, most probably employing illegal workers as underpaid and self employed, companies like this are the reason the Uk Has gone to ****

Their staff are very polite and it seems like they have high standard but i've been trying to get them to collect and store my products for over a month now and no one is responding to me, maybe it's a sign and i'm better off going in another direction.

Absolutely rude, enquiring for a job advertised online and the lad on phone didn’t understand what I wanted!!!! Kept a asking if I wanted a job?? Where’s your recruitment team?. I ended the phone call.

They don’t contact me give me shifts or pay me for the 2 days I have worked

Very good service throughout the whole process, delivery was spot on, may I add that the customer services was outstanding any problems that occurred were resolved in a prompt manner , will be defiantly will be using jump up logistics again
