lack of customer service response
I purchased a backpack, it arrived on time, it was larger than I was expecting and would like to return it for an exchange on another item. It is still in the original unopened packaging. I first e-mailed the ecommerce@jumpfrompaper address and received no reply. I then chatted their AI assistant which gave me customerservice@jumpfrompaper which is a nonexistent address which bounced. I then found online customservice@jumpfrompaper and while that email did not bounce, I also have not seen any response. Their website suggests that they will not accept returns except where damaged or the wrong item was shipped, but online I've seen reports of successful returns. The package the item arrived in did not have any paperwork for handling returns. Again, I just want an exchange, and someone to acknowledge me.
