Jumpflex Trampolines Reviews 

Five years on with constant use our 12ft Jumpflex was showing signs of wear and tear and a few bits needed to be replaced. Jumpflex customer service made it look too easy sorting these replacements out and delivery was two days later. What a great company to deal with thanks so much.
In my opinion you probably set the benchmark for other Kiwi businesses to aspire too.

Excellent customer service.
I emailed to ask if I could purchase some new velcro straps for my tramp as they had perished over the last couple of years, and the response was amazing!
Not only did they know which tramp I was talking about, but when I had purchased, and what my address was.
They also sent them at no charge under guarantee.
We love our Jumpflex trampoline, and were blown away at the fast, and super helpful after purchase support.

Jump Flex were awesome! We needed to replace the nets around our trampoline. It was still under warranty & we had the replacement net within 2 days.

Every time I deal with Jumpflex I am left really happy. Recantly my trampoline got broken due to strong winds. I managed to get replacement parts and few extra pieces really fast. The next day! Fantastic product, price and staff.

I spoke to one of your agents on the phone, I needed a trampoline in four days in Auckland Swanson, she suggested that I should drive down because they couldn’t guarantee it could get to me on time, which was great advice, I drove down, and in fact I brought the next size up trampoline ,it was helpful for me to have a bounce on them, as one of your staff , said go and have a bounce!! she asked me good questions on how many people would be using the trampoline. I also have recommended this to various other people, I think driving down if you can and looking at him makes a big difference. Well it Did for me.
Also it was loaded into my van within seconds of me paying for it very quick very much appreciate all the work and time everyone put in to helping me get the right trampoline

We found some unusual holes in our tramp mat after about a year and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked, and it arrived really quickly!

Great product! We bought replacement poles for our well loved trampoline. The kids live on it! Best kids purchase we have ever made, still going strong after 7 years & endless hours of play. The team at jump flex are helpful & look after us as a returning customer which is awesome!

Amazing experience when dealing with warranty claim!

The pole sleeves/holders on the safety net had given up on us, so I emailed the team Jumpflex on one of the Sunday's, by next Monday I had an reply saying they will dispatch the replacement net, and in next two to three days it arrived. What an service!

I am very happy I invested in the right trampoline supplier and the team.

I had my family question me for the money I paid, but now they all have an greater appreciation other than enjoying from all the jumping fun.

Very pleased with the purchase. Managed to set it up, mostly on my own, in 4 hours. Definitely need some help for some of the trickier bits. Great bounce, quality fittings and the kids LOVE it!

Our order was delivered to an incorrect address and we only discovered this when the elderly lady came knocking on my door one evening. She had noticed big boxes down the side of her garage and seen paperwork and came looking for me. She only had a little car and there was no way she could move boxes. I felt bad for causing inconvenience to her but also very appreciative that she came looking for me. My husband went to her house and collected the boxes.
On the flip side there is no issues with the product and my husband manages to put together in a couple of hours. The anchor kit has been put to the test this week with horrendous winds and trampoline did not move.
