Cell Plan Refined

My wife and I needed to reduce our cell phone bill, as we had more data available than we ever used. We were just going to go to a competitor, but stopped into the Lawson Heights Sasktel. store, as there was no line up. Jon J. was most helpful in fine tuning our plan to what we needed and didn't need. He was able to help us out and retain us as Sasktel. customers. He then did the same on our daughter's plan. Jon J. is a rep that Sasktel. would be very wise to keep! He was efficient, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Well done Jon J.!

Brutal experience

Brutal experience. Bungled my order, then after considerable delays refused to honour the price. Horrible customer service reps. Sexist attitudes run rampant. Wouldn't speak to my wife, but only to me. Tried to rectify and they just ignored me repeatedly.
