Excellent and Reliable Service

I recently used Jumingo for shipping a parcel from Kaiserslautern to Bremen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pickup was scheduled at a time that suited me perfectly, even without needing a printer, and they arrived right on time to collect the package. The delivery was made exactly as promised, with no delays. This is a service I’ll definitely use again whenever I need reliable shipping. Highly satisfied and would recommend Jumingo to anyone looking for a trustworthy logistics provider!

I ordered from jumingo an express service by DHL from DE->BR. Well, I was told it would last 6 days. It only arrived in Brazil for customs inspection 13 days later (code 5505862423).

Well, the product will pass its validity tomorrow and it is impossible I receive until then.

We have been using the company's services for quite some time and often send various goods to our partners or clients. Until now, there have been no issues, and we have been very satisfied.

There is 2 boxes lost on the 3 boxes sent. This is very bad experience.

I am satisfied with the feedback given on your site, the price was a little expensive for an individual, it was delivered fairly quickly, taken care of by FedEx on 03/05 and delivered on 03/07/2025 it was fast for international.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor experience we encountered regarding the shipment of 8 boxes from Norway to Germany through Jumingo services. The shipment was handled via DHL Express, and while DHL Express team made efforts to communicate with us every business day, providing explanations of the necessary procedures for customs clearance, the shipment was ultimately returned to Norway after 4 weeks.
Unfortunately, critical paperwork that was supposed to be completed prior to shipping was not communicated to us, which led to significant delays. Insufficient or incorrect information throughout the shipping process resulted in the shipment being held up at customs in Kassel, Germany, for four weeks. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, including emails and phone calls to Jumingo’s customer service team, I was advised to contact DHL Express for further assistance. Regrettably, the matter was not resolved in a timely manner, causing considerable confusion and frustration.
After weeks of communication with DHL Express, Jumingo, and various customs offices in Kassel, Regensburg, and Norway, we personally visited the Regensburg Hauptzollamt for assistance. However, since the shipment had arrived by air, customs clearance needed to be completed in Kassel. Unfortunately, DB Schenker could not facilitate the delivery of the boxes to Regensburg Customs as their services are available only to businesses, not individuals. Ultimately, after exhausting all available options, the boxes were returned to Norway, resulting in additional inconvenience and costs. As the contents were personal items, we were forced to purchase necessary clothing that was meant to arrive within 2-4 days, as stated on the Jumingo website during the booking process.
This entire ordeal has caused considerable stress and disruption to our operations, as we were relying on the timely delivery of these goods. The lack of clear communication and support throughout this process is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the situation was exacerbated by the lack of resolution regarding a refund or compensation. After initially contacting DHL Express, I was referred back to Jumingo, and despite several follow-up emails, there has been no resolution. DHL Express provided an email address for complaints, but after sending two emails on January 30, I have yet to receive a response as of today, February 23. While Jumingo has responded promptly, their replies have been brief and unhelpful, failing to address the issue of refund or compensation.
As a company with a 4.6-star rating on Trustpilot, we expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. This situation has been extremely disappointing, especially given our trust in Jumingo’s reputation.
We respectfully request a thorough investigation into what went wrong with this shipment, along with a detailed explanation of the steps your company will take to prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, we seek compensation for the significant inconvenience and costs incurred due to the delays and poor communication.

Efficient, fast and price competitive service. It was my second time using it and it was very smooth.

I gave completely the wrong address by mistake. After an earthquake in the region the recipient company had moved to a different address. The driver found the new address him(her)self without problem. The 35 kg package was delivered within the quoted 4 day economy delivery. Thank you ups
