I love buying from jumia but I think the problem with their QC protocol which they need to take it serious.

The bouncy baby hair I Purchased, does not in any way look like the one placed on the advert page; Color wise, appearance and nature . Also, wish their was a picture section to show product purchased taken at delivery or pickup station. The 2 star rating was because the hair was really bouncy, I appreciate that. Dear Jumia, Pls ensure that vendors place exact pictures of what the sell and their vending names so that we know whose product to avoid. Thanks

I've been seeing some fake price tags on their products been uploaded on Facebook

jumia SELLS FAKE TELEVISIONS NOW. The post says FULL HD TV so i purchased it, when i got the tv, the resolution was so poor that it hurt my eyes. I requested a return the same day. Fake company. Selling fake products to its CITIZENS. STOP DEALING WITH CHINESE PEOPLE YOU ILLITERATES.

Jumia is a great place to get your products.

I am highly disappointed,what was brought was entirely different from what i saw online,i am nevet going to shop with jumia again,infact i am deleting the app😡😡😡😡

One product I ordered was genuine.

But They label some of their products 'Generic' which to be realistic on SOME of the products is honestly interchangeable with Fake...

They do it to get plausible deniability if customers complain i suspect.....

This is the worst online company in the world, terrible and disgusting! I paid N10000 for my items to be delivered at my house but the stupid and irresponsible delivery driver parked his van in the middle of the market in Oshogbo ( which was over a mile away from my house) and he asked me and other customers to meet him there to collect our orders. We had to walk everywhere in the market to trace and find him, useless delivery driver. But I paid a fortune for delivery and not to travel over a mile to collect, absolutely useless Jumia and it’s driver.

On two occasions, which accounted for N20000 for delivery, that we could not find the useless delivery driver in the middle of the market in Oshogbo, he reported it as ‘FAILED DELIVERY’!!! And useless Jumia blocked me on their POS!

A company that doesn’t listen to customers complaints would never improve. I am so pissed off with Jumia, absolutely pissed off. I paid for delivery, you must deliver it.

I am a very frastrated customer. I ordered a phone which i paid on delivery only to get a different product, after calling for the return they took 2 days to pick it from me and since then no communication. Its now 7 working days still waiting waiting. Poor customer service!!

wish I read the reviews before placing an order. They are taking too long to respond and there is a lot of miscommunication .I canceled the order after realizing it was goin to take longer than expected ..than the specified time at the time of purchase and now after confirming the cancellation I can't get my refund and no one is responding . What a disappointment ! I want my money back before I take further action

Jumia surely !!! i bought a SILK ( mark the word silk ) durag for 699 and got something that looks like a net it has those holes found in nets and it was supposed to be silk material Surely

Jumia is a scam. When they failed to deliver, instead of reverting my money to my bank account, they kept it in jumia pay. I have requested severally to move my money to my bank account to no avail.

I ordered jergens ultra healing lotion ,,it was delivered today and its fake,i regret shopping with you.

I recently ordered goods that were delivered in different days and i loved the service.

I hate it and this is the last time I'll ever order anything from your stupid online services. I immediately place an order and proceed to pay and even get a confirmation that money has been deducted from my M-pesa, and now it's saying order cancelled, yet my money is gone. Do you think I'm stupid! You people are the worst. You had better refund my money or your nightmare has just begun. Morons!! Stupid frauds!

They have the worst customer service...
I called customer service a lady picked up and told her am not seeing an option for selecting colours,she asked me what item,i told her bra and immediately she put me on hold even without telling me she was putting me on hold and after few seconds she hanged up.

I really love your service
I ordered for hair bun and I was being discouraged by people that the product are always bad and synthetic
But when I got it
It was full and dark and of great quality
It also arrived early
Keep it up with your good service

I am really disappointed about this service. I ordered an Ipad case and when it came it was not the one I ordered. When I went back to the site it showed me that the one they sent is 1000 shillings less than the one I initially ordered. I have used Jumia before and this is the first time that I have been disapointed. I shall be ordering my items from elsewhere from now henceforth. Very disappointed

it is a wonderful experience ..buying from jumia,,stressfree purchace. i ordered for a product although it did not get to me on the approved date. the agent called to explain politely and it was delivered the next day.i would definitely make mor purchases...i even got a discount(smile)

Site has become a little harder to use especially in the mobile section, The filters used to optimize searches are no longer availabe or don't appear i dont know why. Such as RAM and ROM Capacities, Battery Capacity, Kindly include this to better Customer experience
