Got offered a $10 bundle for 35 SC. Sweet! Bought it. It didn’t reflect on my balance. So, attempted again 2 more times nothing. Whatever. I check back next day, still not there. Then I check my bank account. I was charged 3 times. Then I message support. 24 hours no response. I message again. They tell me they see my 10 SC on my dashboard and it’s all good. lol. They just manually added it. But, the promo was for 35 SC. And I was charged 3 times. They still have not responded or attempted to resolved this issue from over 48 hours ago. Save your money. I am contacting my payment processor for getting charged 3 times and not even getting the correct amount of SC the promo was supposed to give for just ONE of the charges lol. Crazy. Should be illegal.

I deposited a total of 150$ and it never posted on my balance.. contacted support through email (only option) and they responded once asking for the email address linked to my account I provided the info and never heard, even after attempting to contact them multiple times after..

I would not trust this site very shady

I just bought a package on Jumbo88 and did not receive anything in return. I have played on here several times and have cashed out money on here before. Which is why I'm kind of shocked that this is happening. I screenshotted the transaction from my bank account and everything and sent to them and they haven't done nothing about it so far. I will edit my review if this is fixed

Very fair & way to win fast cash come to this site!

I played on some free SC and I redeemed over one hundred dollars on my very first redemption. I had a little bit of trouble navigating through some of the scenes but I believe that had more to do with the way I was getting to the site because when I switched to something else, it was a breeze. These guys rock! They don’t lie or take most of your winnings like some others I’ve dealt with

I enjoyed playing on the Jumbo 88 site actually had some of my biggest wins come and I would’ve given five stars because I had a great time over a few days and when I had a small issue customer support got back to me really quick. I didn’t like that I couldn’t manually enter my banking details to do a bank transfer or the fact that it would only let me redeem $2000 or less. They’ve got a great selection of games. I hate to give a 1 star but I have to. I log in every....single...day, I've purchased several packages and only ever receive gc on daily spins; when it's my 7th day spin I am guaranteed to spin .20 cents. What's the point?

Here is the kicker. Let's say you bought 2 coin packs, one for 200 and the other for 100. Once you play through the 200, say you have 150 left over, playthrough DOES NOT COUNT TOWARD THE 100. It is a completely separate playthrough and it will use the funds that have already cleared FIRST.

I have thoroughly enjoyed jumbo 88 and the variety of games. I initially was leary, but, was offered a nice welcome deal. I played with it, and had to stop myself at $600, so I wouldn't risk losing what I had gained. I verified myself, and redeemed my sc coins around 2 am on a Tuesday and the money was in my account on Thursday. I didnt see an option of instant or not, but it was there pretty fast!!

I made 2-$9.99 purchases that each included a wheel spin I hit $10.00 on both wheel spins and wasn't credited for either one.
I contacted the supposed 24/7 worthless support people via email waited and waited for a response several/many hours later they responded with nothing but lies upon lies claiming that everything had been credited accordingly and telling me other non related worthless information not pertaining to the issue at hand.

Jumbo88 needs to be investigated for fraud and shut down.

What was once my go-to sweepstakes casino has now become the one I vehemently avoid. Casino loyalty is malicious, and unfortunately Jumbo88 takes advantage of that.

Although I cannot prove it, it seems that Jumbo88 has artificially manipulated the RTP for most of the games that I play. Avid gamblers who play the same games often recognize a pattern in which what games pay more frequently than others. My go-to is almost exclusively titles from “3 Oaks Gaming”. After a while — and significant amounts of $$$ spent later — it has become clear that the RTP has been tampered. Yes, RNG is fundamental, but it’s obvious the programming has been changed. That’s the hook. You chase the losses assuming it’s a fluke, only to be led down the proverbial rabbit hole.

If you’re considering playing on Jumbo88, I advise you to recognize the following:

- If you win, redeem when you can and then close your account! The longer you play on this platform, the worse your odds of winning become. Read the former.

- DO NOT spend money on their “Super Spins” packages. The “Super Spins” wheel is rigged to always land on the value you paid. Nothing more.

- Their “Responsible Gaming” stipulation is misleading. I am an addict. I have stated this on several occasions with their support staff, only for them to reopen my account when I simply ask them to do so. Despite my circumstances, they know what they’re doing and it’s blatantly predatory. Just be mindful of this if you’re in a similar predicament.

- There is no live chat for support and their only medium is by direct email. Their response time is painfully slow.

- If there’s one positive thing I can say about Jumbo88 it’s this: They DO pay out. The redemption time, in my experience, is processed within 24 hours from submission to payment received. Also, Jumbo88 only allows one redemption request per 24 hour period. That’s important to know.

For the reasons I stated prior, I would advise new players to consider alternative sweepstakes casinos. While Jumbo88 does indeed pay out, their business practices are unethical and exploitative.
