I am writing this to warn other consumers about the illegal practices of this company. A tracked return parcel was officially delivered back at their warehouse on July 10th. According to UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), they must process a refund within 14 calendar days. It has now been nearly a month, and my refund is still being withheld. I have sent 3 polite emails asking for an update, but this company completely ignores all communication. They are in direct breach of UK consumer laws and refuse to cooperate. I have been forced to do a chargeback to get my money back. Be extremely careful when buying from Julie May; their post-purchase service is non-existent.

UPDATE: Clarification regarding the seller's response. To avoid confusion: I paid via PayPal, not a credit card. The mentioned Shopify chargeback block does not apply here. You can issue the refund directly through your PayPal dashboard at any time. I have checked my spam and inbox; no email regarding a goodwill refund was ever received. Since my tracked return was delivered on July 10, I sent multiple polite emails asking for an update, all of which were completely ignored during business hours. In those emails, I already provided the track and trace code immediately after shipping the parcel back so you could follow its journey, and I explicitly asked for updates regarding the parcel's status. If the item was truly lost in transit as you now claim, you should have emailed me back then to inform me; at the very least, I could have helped you open a claim for a lost parcel with Royal Mail. Asking for the tracking number again now in a public reply shows you never properly checked my previous messages. Yet, this review received a public response within an hour at midnight (UK time). This proves communication is only possible when public reputation is at stake.

The case is currently open with PayPal, after which I will escalate this into an official claim if it remains unresolved. I will also send a formal email containing the tracking number yet again to your official cs email address today; please ensure you do not miss it this time. To be absolutely clear: the faster you accept the dispute, issue the refund via PayPal, and fully process my request, the faster I will completely remove this review. The ball is in your court, and I think it's only fair after so many e-mails and waiting that long without response. Missing 1 email can happen, but twice? And then thrice?

I cannot praise this company enough.
Their underwear is a blessing for me, as I suffer with eczema.
It is all beautifully made in luxurious fabrics. I now have 11 items and they all wash and wear well.
I have always received very prompt delivery, normally 2 days after ordering. I have always ordered my normal u.k. sizing and everything fits perfectly. If you suffer with eczema in intimate areas , and even if you don't, I highly recommend these products.

Never any stock. I’m so disappointed because yes their lingerie is incredible, I’ve used email alerts and been waiting months, absolutely no change in stock. It’s ridiculous and I’m now searching for another company reluctantly.

The first thing I noticed was how soft the fabric is, it feels really gentle on my skin! almost like I’m not wearing anything! No wires, no digging, nothing rubbing or irritating (which is rare for me)

The support is surprisingly good for a non-wired bra and the removable padding is handy depending on what I’m wearing. I did have to size up in the cup for the best fit and size up a couple sizes bigger round my chest so just bear that in mind when ordering.

It is definitely a bit more than I’d usually spend but after wearing it a few times I get why! It just feels well-made and genuinely comfortable like the kind of bra you immediately reach for on those I can’t deal with anything tight today mornings 😂

Overall, if you want something soft, supportive, and kind to sensitive skin, this is such a lovely option!

Lovely bra, really elegant, absolutely love the small details on the strap and the glitter within the bow just makes it feel more girly whilst still keeping class

My only reason for not giving 5 ⭐️ is purely because the bras seem a bit outdated style wise and isn’t something I’d personally wear, however the fabric was extremely soft, the back strap was wide and fitted well. The bra also made me feel very secure

I did have an issue with my fist bra as the wrong size arrived and there was a twisted strap but the team at Julie may lingerie were straight on the ball to send out a new one just for me!!

I would 100% recommend this brand and I pray new bra designs shall come!!

Really impressed with the product the material is super soft and it is extremely comfortable to wear! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I’m really impressed. The fabric is super soft and feels amazing against my sensitive skin – definitely one of the most comfortable bras I’ve worn, no digging in. 😁 Its also got lovely details. Plenty of designs to choose from.

It is a little more expensive than what I’d usually spend, but honestly, I’d treat myself because the quality and comfort are worth it. I did find I needed to go up a cup size for the best fit, so that’s something to keep in mind. However their customer service was perfect when helping me swap products.

Overall, it’s a beautiful, supportive bra that feels gentle, luxurious, and skin-friendly.

I’ll start off by praising their customer service. They were so helpful helping me find the right size after a change in size after having a baby and breastfeeding!

I am so impressed with the Ivory Supportive Non-Wired Silk and Organic Cotton Full Cup Bra. From the very first wear, it feels incredibly soft and luxurious against the skin. In the future I’d love to see some younger designs! Before trying I pay have been put off by the design but I’m so glad I was able to try this.

Bra is not my style personally as it feels a little bit dated BUT saying that the material and feel of the product are excellent. Boobs feel well supported and really comfortable!

I love these bras!!
Soft, supportive and with no tags/screenprinting on them. Just what my sensitive skin desires.
I had some troubles finding the correct size for me, and they are true to their word. I made several exchanges until I found the correct size. Which ended up being my usual size of 40DD.
There was an issue where some of my exchanges hadn’t arrived. I emailed customer service and the issue was rectified pretty quickly.
I highly recommend.

I really like Juliemay
The construction of the bras is fabulous. The underwear are nice. The design is well thought out.
The only complaints I have are the underwear elastic can wear out, but thats a normal wear item.
I have really love how much support I get from the garments without having to worry about eczema flares!

Such comfy bras, love the natural fibres next to my skin. Worth waiting for them to stock your size (waiting about a year for them to rest ok the one I loved!). I'd tried 'bamboo' and other almost 100% cotton bras before but still got itchy. I'd like them to be 100% biodegradable at end of life, but these are more of the way there than many bras I have previously owned. These are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. My fav are the non-underwired comfort bras. I now have 3 and the first one I got still hasn't worn out. I found the returns process to find my size and fav style really easy, fast & helpful when I first was searching. These bras are high quality items, beautifully designed and made. Thank you!

After years of discomfort due to skin sensitivity, my recent discovery of and purchase from Juliemay has reduced my discomfort considerably. I was very impressed with the easy way to change the size when it didn't fit.

Just two negatives - not many styles to choose from in my size at the time I bought it; but I understand that they are a small company and need to restock all the time.

The other one concerns the details on the label on the parcel which was ill-advised - but they assure me that this was a one-off and that they have dealt with their distributors.

Love love love this company and their mission. Brilliant to not have to wear a cashmere sweater over a polyester bra! Or an organic cotton sports bra! Or no bra at all….

Juliemay is a godsend! It’s very important to me to prioritize natural fibers in my clothing and when I started that journey I quickly realized that it was almost impossible to find bras made of natural materials. Then I found Juliemay, their brad a beautiful, comfortable and natural! I’m in the US and even when I had to do an exchange it was so easy! I’ve told every I know who wears bras to try them. They have a lifelong customer in me!

I really want to give you 5 stars because your products are good quality and you are the only company addressing the underwear needs of women with sensitive skin however I have to knock points off for the months I have waited for you to stock any nonwired bras in my size - I am one of the most common sizes - come on team how can you function as a business if you have no stock? Looking forward to being able to update my review to 5 stars when you sort this out

As good or better than they say…. After years of hives and general irritation, trying cotton liners, etc, JulieMay is honestly life changing. I now have two items - the Fuschia, and Rosie. Both very supportive and so comfortable. And no hives. I exchanged the second item for a better size, and even that promise is true - extra credit, free returns. It seems quite expensive on first sight, but they are worth every penny.
