Ordered a chair and then there was no contact at all. Emailed to enquire about whereabouts of order which received one short reply and then ghosted. Had to do a chargeback from Bank

Terrible service. No communication about delayed delivery .
Product now damaged due to being left outside in the rain with no customer contact. Worst on line purchase and delivery service ever.

Ordered a chair in may, was meant to take up to 10 days to arrive.
It didn’t arrive so i emailed, no response. I phoned and the number seemed defunct.

Ended up doing a chargeback on my card as i never heard anything from them until i got an email asking to leave a review 🫣

Shame as they seem to have some nice bits but obviously zero customer service.

I think this business has closed. I never received my goods and had to claim a refund via my credit card after months of failed attempts to contact them

Order placed and never received item. Contacted the company numerous times and the contact number doesn’t work. Emailed with no response. Do not purchase from this company

This chair is absolutely stunning. Although, it’s a bit darker than the colour in the picture but aside this, I can’t complain.

Beautiful chair of great quality- better than I expected

The furniture is beautiful and we are very happy with it. However, damage was caused to our property during delivery and we have repeatedly requested the invoice and had no luck receiving one.

Quality product, excellent price and staff were super efficient

I had never heard of Julian Joseph before finding the company as a result of using Google Shopping. I was looking to buy a blush pink foot stall from Danetti but Google shopping showed what looked to be the exact same foot stall but for half the price!

I placed my order on Sunday evening and the products were delivered on Tuesday morning.

The items are of great quality and I am glad I purchased from Julian Joseph, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

On time delivery , chair looks better than advertised. Contemporary design looks good in situ, plus the price and quality was good.

Comfortable chairs which look nice.
Delivery was straightforward.
For a lower price band, these are really nice chairs (Made in China) .

I love my new chair. I hope the matching footstool becomes available soon so that I can complete the look.

The chair is gorgeous. Slightly darker than it appears on the website. The material is holding up well to my 4 month old kitten who likes to pretend that she has to climb the chair rather than jump onto it.

Very lovely coffee table and prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

The product is great and beautiful but , however I was quite disappointed in the way the order was handled. J.J. had some issues with changing couriers and other personal matters, however is was the lack of communication as to what was happening that really let this order down. It was impossible to even leave a message in their answer machine. It was always full. Responses by email took long time. The customer service is poor and wish they improve soon because they do sell nice items.
