Very good pay. Reliable and easy way

Seems very logical for the USA but not always intuitive for payments abroad.

I uploaded a video during the first lockdown in 2020 and forgot about it. After so much time, my account got credited today with x dollars. That’s how I even remembered about that video. It came as a really sweet surprise. The team at Jukin is surely genuine and honest!

Jukin Media has refused to pay me for YouTube revenue for months where I had nearly 30 million views. They have tried to blame it on a YouTube problem, but YouTube has told me that no such issue has been documented. Now I have to spend my money to get attorneys involved, Boston TV stations that help consumers and news outlets. I am a TV producer and I'm making a documentary about this experience so others aren't scammed by this company. I have screenshots from their website showing zero revenue during months when I was getting sometimes a half million views a day. Then, when the video slowed down, I get a measly $150.00 like I should be excited. If you put their revenue image next to the YouTube audience shot there is an exact correlation between my highest viral time and their zero revenue. They say they are looking into it to correct this and try to recoup lost revenue, yet they have become non-responsive to my emails. Please be careful. It will take years for me to litigate this but I want to get out of this license with Jukin because they are clearly in non-compliance and I want all rights back to my video.

This company communicates effectively with their clients. Any questions or concern I had was addressed immediately and explained in terms anyone could understand. They helped my YouTube channel grow after licensing one of my videos for a movie promotion. I would 100% work with them again in the future.

I have been with Junkin Media for a while now only posting 1 video so far! I have to say I have been amazed by the information received when I've asked for help and the politeness and respect shown by them too.
I have a few friends who I know who enjoy making videos of various things and I have pointed them in this direction every time!

Easy to use, great customer support

To the creative space. I was the post production supervisor at Jukin Media. The VP Alex Mills terminated me. She has personal issues with my skin color, and my wanting to continue my education. She is unethical and should not be working in this virtual. Come to find out she has a history of terminating minorities.

Please search this company on google review where I posted and left snapshots of her telling a former employee she’s threaten by people with darker skin.

Jukin first reached out to me about a video that I had uploaded to YouTube. I feel like Jukin's contract was fair, and their communication has been helpful

DO NOT use this or any similar service. They don't do anything for you but take your money. I'm sorry that I learned this lesson on my most viral video and wish I could get out of the contract. I also wish youtube would audit them to verify whether they're being honest in reporting revenue.
