Awful experience and zero customer…
Awful experience and zero customer service.
Products looked good after seeing on Saturday kitchen. Decided to purchase but could not have been more disappointed by the customer service. Courier did not deliver and service received from Jukes could not have been worse.
Charged for the product not received and the Jukes team don’t see this as a problem.
Avoid at all costs if you think there is any possibility of encountering a problem from placing order to receiving it.

Tried jukes 8 - sparkling rose and it was delicious. I’ve only tried a non alcoholic wine before - a few years ago - and it made me not want to try non-alcoholic again but this was very surprising. Really low calories too which is a real bonus. I will be stocking up for summer.

First class customer service
There was an initial hiccup with my order but the way it was rectified exceeded my expectations - it is this level of customer service that separates the really good companies from the bad\mediocre ones. I haven't tried the drinks yet but assume from other reviews that they will be delicious but I would not hesitate to order again from Jukes based on the excellent customer service I received.
