Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer

I ordered a Kitchen Aid Artisan 125. It was a very good price, and next day delivery. It did arrive the next day with tracking, and was very well packaged. I ordered a second one, for my daughter, which also arrived the next day. I would use this company again.

Great Company And Fast Delivery

Great company. I ordered my KitchenAid kettle and it arrived the very next day. They were competitively priced as well so got a good deal and great service. I'll use Juicers again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Great product, fast delivery!

Great product, fast delivery! I have had my eye on a KitchenAid for a long time and finally decided to take the plunge. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but we knew a good deal and this seemed like a great choice. The site is clear, easy to use and the process was easy. Delivery was very fast and the product has been flawless since.

100% Customer Satisfaction

What a wonderful company to deal with, easy to navigate website, strong pricing and super quick delivery.

We even had a slight issue but nothing at all was too much trouble for Amy to resolve, would certainly purchase from again and would 100% recommend.

I mistakenly ordered a red KitchenAid…

I mistakenly ordered a red KitchenAid blender instead of the blue one I wanted. I immediately ordered the correct colour and contacted the company straight away to arrange a return for the unopened item, following their stated returns procedure.

The issue was not the return itself, but the customer service experience that followed. I was repeatedly asked the same questions, and with the company advertising a 14-day returns guarantee, I became understandably concerned about missing the deadline.

I eventually called customer services on 18th May and experienced one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. The representative repeatedly spoke over me, would not allow me to explain the situation properly, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. I was genuinely shocked by the way I was spoken to. I understand customers can sound frustrated when trying to resolve an issue, but there is never an excuse for treating people disrespectfully.

The entire interaction left me feeling dismissed and upset. Customer service should involve professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy — none of which I experienced here.

Sadly, this experience has completely put me off purchasing from this company again. I would rather pay more elsewhere and be treated with respect.

As part of our 14-day return policy, returns are applicable to brand-new and unused items, and all returned products are inspected upon receipt. This is why our team requested confirmation of the item’s condition before processing the return.

Nevertheless, your return request was logged within the 14-day return period, regardless of any subsequent delays in correspondence.

In regard to your conversation with our colleague, we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff and expect all interactions to remain respectful at all times. Colleagues are advised to end calls where a customer becomes abusive or derogatory.

Despite this, we remain committed to resolving matters professionally and respectfully and sincerely apologise that you were dissatisfied with your experience.

Avoid purchasing goods from this…

Avoid purchasing goods from this company. I had a very disappointing experience with them. I purchased a pizza oven worth £499, and it arrived damaged. Initially, they refused to accept a return or provide a refund.

After I contacted my bank and requested a payment hold/dispute, they finally agreed to take the item back and issue a refund. However, after receiving the goods, they have neither refunded my money nor returned the product.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company. I am now considering taking legal action to resolve this matter.

Having reviewed your order details, we note that the delivery was made to a parcel forwarding company and the damage was reported more than 14 days after delivery. Unfortunately, there was no confirmation or evidence establishing whether the damage occurred during transit with our courier or with the forwarding company’s courier service.

Despite this, and outside of our standard 30-day policy, we offered a replacement unit as a gesture of goodwill in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

As you have since initiated a chargeback claim through your credit card provider, the matter is now being handled through that process. We will fully cooperate with the investigation and await the outcome of the claim.

Great Experience

I was shopping around for a KitchenAid mixer. Juicers had the most competitive price. It’s quite a lot of money for me to spend online so I was wary of using a company I haven’t purchased from before. I needn’t have worried. The service was top notch and the delivery is super fast. It arrived the next working day. I will not hesitate to shop from Juicers in the future.

What an easy company to deal with

What an easy company to deal with. I bought a large kitchen aid mixer from them at a brilliant price. Delivery arrived well packaged and when they said it would.
This was my first time using Juicers and will definitely use them again

The Ultra Sharp Utility knife broke

The Ultra Sharp Utility knife broke. I emailed to let 'Juicers' know. Had a very quick, positive response to my email. The replacement knife was here the following day. Customer Service doesn't come better than that!
