The communication with the support team was very good, jovial and to the point. But I had to buy a whole blender jar, even though I only needed the blades, which probably doubled the price. It cost €150 including shipping and taxes from the UK to Romania, which I think is a bit much, it's close to the price of the entire blender (with a discount).

Another problem is that the blender is out of production, there are spare parts that have remained in stock, probably for a short time. In less than 3 years, rust started to flow from the blades underneath, which seems like a short time to me.

Anytime there’s a problem this company deals with it with the upmost efficiency curteousy and helpful every time

The response was very quick. My query/ request was dealt with in less than 24 hrs after I sent email. received the spare part within a few days .

What a fabulous company! I have had my juice master juicer for a number of year.. not overly used but it used fairly regularly.
On using it recently the clip of the lid which instigates the juicer to work pinged off!
I emailed the company asking whether they had a replacement for my model.
They very kindly sent me a replacement at no charge!
I can't rate them highly enough. (Specially in this current economy!!)

Email customer service support was effective and sourced a spare juicer part, posting to UK address. Unfortunately they will not post overseas!
