Best Type C Chargers!
Absolutely great products especially the Type C 25W Charger. I have bought this charger around 6 times now due to gifting them to family members and placing them in different buildings I regularly attend such as office. The chargers are brilliantly made and provide a great fast charge to my phone. Never had an issue with them and they are my go to chargers. Will never use a different charger. I even take them abroad! Would definitely recommend 10/10. Additionally JUICE UK customer service is very prompt, professional and courteous. All round great service, happy customer :)

Stopped working after a year
Although I was initially very happy with my charging cable, it stopped working after just over a year of use. Very disappointing as I would expect much better longevity for the price.

Our Speaker Could Have Caused a Fire
We bought our son a Juice Boom Pro from Asda. There was a smell coming from it and then it stopped working. My father in law had a look at it for us. We’re so lucky it had stopped working as the battery had degraded and had overheated. It would likely have caused a fire if it hadn’t stopped working.
We’re obviously not happy about this. We thought Juice was a safe brand, but now I can say we would not recommend this brand of speaker because of the danger it could cause.

Disgusted that you advertise one item, yet deliver me a different item. 2 USB-A, 1 micro USB, 1 USB-C is what I was meant to receive in my order of 5 powerbanks! Yet they turn up, ALL of them! With 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C. Tired of false advertising and companies that seem to think it's all good and dandy

What a great customer service team
What a great customer service team. I was sat watching the tv whilst charging my I pad only to have smoke pouring out of it. My cable was only 7months old and I didn’t realise I had to register it as it was covered up with the yellow barcode. I had the receipt . Contacted the service team and a new cable was sent immediately . Thank you so much Marinela.
