Terrible product quality and bad…

Terrible product quality and bad service! I ordered a bike, the brakes did not work properly, and the rims were painted, which would limit the braking effect even if the brakes were working. After returning at our own expense, the purchase price was not refunded.

Complaint of missing pieces in a toy

I bought a box with 1000 construction blocks pieces and it arrived with only 480. I wrote to them and they said that would be fixed but, 20 days later, they simply wrote to me that everything was ok with the box, manufacter, Juguetelandia and the transporter had exactly the same weight in their records, so, everything was ok with my order, suggesting that my complaint would be impossible.
I was treated quite badly and arrogantly, as if I were a liar and wanted to take advantage of the situation..
I will never receive the missed pieces and I also would never receive at least half of my money back.
I will never buy anything else to them as well I would advise you to buy somewhere else. If you have any problem with the products, they won't solve it and you will stay with the damage forever.

Lost packages and poor custserv and online tracking

I see from the reviews I am not the only person with problems. I ordered a pool , Bag of Sand and a Shower. Initial email came quickly but I had to chase for order to be ready 48 hours not good enough after paying immediately. Then online system is the most awful CRM system I have seen, It simply stated "barcelona" for 5 days then a courier calls me saturday morning and says he is in my village !! Package 1 came from Spain and arrived in acceptable timescales but tracking was invisible. One package missing but actually 2 packages are missing, I have chased with 20 emails but JI keep making excuse and apologising - big deal ! DPD phone me to say JI blame them and they lost the package. DPR ask JI to send another but they say they already sent 2 (not true is my guess) so now still waiting. Dont order from JI , instead look on Amazon or find a supplier direct. Juguet Ilandia are seemingly a dropshipper with no customer service. Update final package arrived after 6 weeks via DPD after very good communication from a DPD agent in spain . Thanks to him but nothing from JI not even an apology

Terrible service, don't ever order there!

Terrible service!
The ordered I received was not mine, they've swapped my order with someone else. Instead of sending a new parcel and retrieve the wrong one when the new order arrive they decided on doing an exchange with the family who received my order. It has now been a week and the exchange still didn't happen.
I've been calling they customer service everyday and they keep saying that they are working on it but nothing has happened yet.
I now have a kid with no presents for her birthday and they couldn't care less.
Don't order there as if something goes wrong then the service is the worst!

Very bad communication after shortshipment

They shipped only one toy even though four units of different kind were displayed. No reply to four emails to two different official emails of theirs. One call - no reply. Finally complaint via PayPal and then finally a reply. They Claimed misunderstood the add. No suggestion to fix. Rejecting my two different proposals as the only one out of four figures we received was not wanted. Finally second PayPal complaint and they offer after nearly one month to take it back but I have to pay for shipping. Caution please!
