Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. I tried to buy some bitcoins from them and after they took the money, they sent me an email saying that the transaction was declined because of my card. They kept the money either way. After I sent some emails they said that I will receive my money back in several working days. It's been 2 month, no track of my money and they are no longer responding.

Hello Andreea,

Thank you for your review.

After checking our records, I can see that as you mentioned, all of your orders wtih us have been delcined.

You do not have any funds available with us, and please note that when the funds arrive back in your account, you will not see a credit on your bank statement (as the transaction is cancelled, you will not see any charges from us on your bank statement, neither charge or credit!)

Your account will be credited the declined amount, but with no reference.

I bought bitcoin from you couple months ago, now I am trying to get in my account and it says that I am accessing account from different location and you sent me an email to verify that it is me, what I did a few times. Than I try to get in account and it says wrong password. I tried resseting it many times and every time it says that it cannot be done. I sent you 5 emails and never received an answer from you, tried reaching you on phone and never got an answer from you. So I warn everyone that this is a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM JUBITER, PURE SCAMMERS

I was introduced to InvestXE by a good family friend and I was advised by a guy called "John" to buy some Bitcoin on Jubiter website, somehow they are connected.
My bank (Barclays) declined the payment of £ 1000 warning me that it was a scam, but I made the payment from Revolut following John’s advise and only after doing it I checked both companies on Trustpilot and realised about my stupid mistake.
I contacted Jupiter by emails and over the phone asking refund and no reply, instead Jhon contacted me asking me the following:
- signed cryptocurrency purchase document sent by email by Jubiter
- an identification document ( front and back)
- a proof of address not older than 3 months
Though I explained to John that I wasn`t interested anymore he kept asking for the documents and I was also contacted for a fews days on WhatsApp by some very rude people who were after my documents that I have never sent.
As the transaction was pending for a week luckily I manage to get my money back.
I RISKED TO LOSE MY MONEY,  PEOPLE DON`T MAKE MY MISTAKE WATCH OUT
1- Serious companies don`t contact you on What`s App, Don`t call you or text you on What`s App
2- Before investing check if the company is on FCA  Financial Conduct Authority register
3- Don`t send your ID documents They will steal your money and who knows, also identity...
I hope I have given you enough details about my experience to realise if to go ahead with them or not.

Jubiter.com are Scammers:

Jubiter.com are Scammers:

If you have been scammed by jubiter.com, kindly file a complaint at European Consumer Centre Network (ECC Net) in your country of residence if you live within Europe or EEC Area. Those scammers have withheld my bitcoin since 2019 till date. After confirming that they found the exact bitcoin I claimed in my account with them, they came up with instalmental transfer of my bitcoin. I rejected such move. Luckily, I have read a review from someone they did instalmental transfer recently and there is already a problem as they requested him to fill a new form and attach his ID, a process that had earlier been completed. With those incessant requests to fill forms, they intend to delay your coins in their custody while selling same to others and making gains at your own expense. Very cunning and fraudulent set of people. Report them to Slovakia authorities. They are not in Estonia or registered there as claimed on their website.
I will change my reviews ONLY if I receive ALL my coins from them.

Edited after Jubiter's response. I initially refused to filled the form because your custom service representative, Nicolas had since March 2021 confirmed that my claim of Bitcoin was right. In June 2021, three months after, you came up with the issue of filling a new form. Finally I filled the form and you are now talking of instalmental transfer. My Bitcoin in your custody is less than one, in fact, it is less than half yet you want to transfer it bit by bit. What if I had one or more bitcoins? Please I do not subscribe to instalments. Jubiter.com has caused me a Loss of over $25000 when BTC was at its peak. I want all my bitcoins at once after deducting your high processing fee of 5%. Thank you

Hello Samuel,

Thank you for your review.

I have checked our records and I can see that my colleagues have advised you correctly about the Bitcoins you have available, and in order for them to be transferred, a form was required.

It was a simple form, that should not have caused such hassle or delays from either end. However, on multiple ocasions you have filled the form incorrectly, and my colleagues provided you further guidance.

As far as the installment payment system goes, this is dependant on the payment department and the value of your Bitcoins.

I understand the inconvenience you are experiencing, and I woould like to extend a personal apology regarding this matter. I can assure you that your situation is being looked into, and we are doing our best to solve this matter.

Hello Michael,

We require you to fill a 7 field form in order to continue receiving the crypto currency.

I checked our emails, and you have never filled in the form correctly, or you either provided expired forms of ID, which makes us unable to approve the document.

However, rather than filling the form and having the currency sent over to you, you threaten us over emails, and posting negative reviews publicly, putting the issue in a light that is different from reality.

Once again, we only require you the form with a proper form of ID, and further payments will be sent.

I have gotten some replies all saying it'll happen this week/tomorrow/couple business days. W.T.F. Jubiter replies to me

Jubiter replies to me : "If someone has created an account using your details, then we wouldn't have any way of knowing who else, other than you, has acces to the personal and payment details".

Interesting : who else other than you :

YES Jubiter : nice bully !! You opened the account and tried to ROB money from and then sent a PAYMENT declined email : haha !!
And YOU DECIDED to both open and CLOSE the account. You have no evidence to provide. WHERE is the request to OPEN and where is the REQUEST to close . All of which YOU decide !! An yet claim " we wouldn't have any way of knowing who else, other than you" : very interesting ! Where is the evidence for payment request ?? You can trace all of it with the IP address in your system , you think we live in MONKEY age ? Yes that is how your bullying efforts make us think.
If you say : "ONLY YOU know who opened the a/c", then that shows your platforms lacks all the back-end AUDIT trails that are required to authenticate the user logged on to your platform with IP address : So you fail in your attempt to evade the fact that you do not know you opened the account and ONLY I know !!

The fact is : Of course YOU KNOW !!!

You clearly refuse to provide any evidence as they all will point the finger at your crooked business practices to scam people in conjunction with MAYFAIR Finance!

Prove me wrong :PROIVDE FULL PROOF of both REQUEST to open the account as well as REQUEST to close the account. ALSO don't forget REQUEST to process the PAYMENT that was declined as well. PROVIDE all this evidence on this platform otherwise you fail to prove me wrong : I'm happy to make the evidence PUBLIC on this platform .

Your email sent to me says :

You said : AS per your REQUEST - SO PLEASE provide MY REQUEST to CLOSE - on this platform of trustpilot. Let me know if you have any issues providing any evidence to support MY request to open, close and pay( to support declined payment).

When you said "as PER YOUR REQUEST" you probably forgot the following email you sent to me : Jubiter wrote to me when asked to provide the details of the account and who opened it : "WE WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT" . haha !!

So you really do not have any request that I sent you and YOU DECIDED to close an account that I never opened and yet you claim that :" as per your request" - your bullying is very EXPLICIT !!
I will let the readers decide who closed the account with the following sent to me by you:

Jubiter.com

Jubiter replied saying that : we do not have any relationship with MAYFAIR- but here is the interesting thing : DAVID MILLER from MAYFAIR was told this attempt to rob via Jubiter; DAVID said MAYFAIR uses JUBITER as "PAYMENT PROCESSOR" - So Jubiter is denying any affiliation with MAYFAIR. ALSO JUBITER again attempted to rob money under the pretext of opening the account- this time again JUBUTER successfully failed to rob as I did not give correct cad information to JUBITER. Todate Jubiter has not opened an account that they closed with no such request from me - YES JUBITER is clearly aiding all the fraud carried out by MAYFAIR - There is no question of it . Jubiter acts as the payment processor for MAYFAIR

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
My experience with Jubiter is not positive.
They claim they bought bitcoin for me , then they claim they put it in a wallet for me then they claim that some one external to them took this wallet from me.
All I know that Jubiter took money from my debit card with my blessing, but I received nothing in return.
For all I know the money went straight into their pockets.
I certainly never received any bitcoin from them.
In other words they stole my money from me, then they come up with all their excuses. Always my fault, never their fault.
Do not give this company any of your hard earned money.
You will never see it again.
Do not trust them.
Do not deal with them.
Avoid them.
They know the difference between right and wrong, but choose to do the wrong thing and steal the money from their innocent victims.
If I could give Jubiter a negative score I would.
I wish our paths never crossed.
Beware of this company.

As we have discussed over the email, we cannot place orders on behalf of customers or select where the Bitcoins will be transferred.

The order contains your personal and payment data, which means that you are the one that placed the order. As for the recipient of the transfer, you also must provide that when you are placing the order, otherwise you are unable to proceed with the order.

This Company isn´t serious

This Company isn´t serious. I was stolen by Invcenter, they bought 5200,00€ in Bitcoins in my name on Jubiter. They stole me the money and the ID with a lot of lies. I sent all the evidence to Jubiter that wasn´t me. They declined to refund me. In this case, Jubiter.com stays on the bandits' side.
Today, 23st of April, Jubiter answered my review writing " the funds have been changed into Bitcoins and then transferred by YOURSELF" this is not true and Jubiter knows that.
I do a simple question: If I bought if I transferred which is the reason to lose my time, and came here to report a different situation? I NEVER buy Bitcoins or another coin, I NEVER do any transaction with Jubiter or other company. You need to assume that your control system isn´t safe for your clients.
I have a lot of evidence to prove this situation:
1- Answer from Irinel, Jubiter. com "Your details were used to place an order with us to have your funds exchanged into Bitcoins."
2- Message sent by Ricardo fro Invcenter ( the guy who stole me)- 24/02/21, 21:34 - +44 7853 225426: Antonio ainda estou na conferencia.
Posso enviar os 5k para o mesmo cartao? E os 200? Me escreva que vou enviar alguem da minha equipe
24/02/21, 21:34 - +44 7853 225426: Pois o financeiro fecha as 18:30 e nao quero deixar para amanha
24/02/21, 21:34 - +44 7853 225426: Vamos resolver hoje. Apenas me confirme
In leave in Portuguese because Ricardo is Brasilian and sent the messages in Portuguese. ( Translate: Ricardo- May I sent 5K to the same card? And 200? Write me, I will send to somebody in my Company. The finantial close on 6h30 pm and Idon´t want leave this for tomorrow. We are to solve this today. Only confirm me"
3- Email from Kevin asking to do the download of this program to stole me more money!

Jubiter? Don't go near them

I would actually give it a negative star rating. Don't touch. They have links with fraudulent organisations that call you up and persuade you to start trading on stock market. Your money transfers from Jubiter over to these companies on pre-text that you think you are buying bitcoins. The 'trading company' then calls you from 'Switzerland, Geneva' and links you with an experience 'trader'. The scam is elaborate - the trader calls you repeatedly, even links to live stock market trading website. But you won't be able to remove your money and trader encourages you to send money via Binance (they also encourage you to open a Binance account. For the record, the website of this 'legitimate company' google finvestings - don't go near them - I would suggest don't go near Jubiter either. Goodbye forever my $250...
