We have been a customer for several years and found their service to be reasonably priced and very efficient. We receive a same day response which as a busy business, this is something that is vital for us. A well run professional company that I have no hesitation in recommending.

It's a real partnership with Johnson Technical - a real in-source of expertise, cyber security, full service IT, comms and support. They are an essential part of our business and how we function, allowing us to do what we do best.

Our company has used Johnson's for the past 3 years and our directors worked with them in a prior company.

They all very friendly and Willing to help and Never make you feel stupid, ever when you are asking the most ridiculous questions.

This past year we've been working with Johnson's to strengthen our cyber security threats and work with them to obtain cyber security accreditation.

Johnson Technical have become an integral part of our business, I can say in absolute honesty, there has NEVER been a technical issue that I've encountered which they have not resolved completely.

Although they have never asked me to do so; I always advise if an issue is serious or can wait until they have a few minutes to be attend to it. This protocol gives me fantastic confidence as I know with certainty if I encounter an IT issue that I have to get resolved quickly then I can expect an almost immediate response. Conversely if its a less urgent matter experience has confirmed its also taken care of, but maybe a little later that day, simply a great working relationship I guess!

Like most of JT clients (I guess) I'm no IT genius, in this respect I'm mindful not call in with trivial matters. However, there have been issues over the many years of our association which I have been unable to resolve myself (despite my best endeavours) and have found the folks at JT will resolve minor problems and happy to show you what to do should they re-occur, so support and the occasional IT lesson too!!

In conclusion; all I can say is, all the team at JT make you feel like a friend (not a client) are all very personable, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and professional - a foundation stone of all our commercial activities!

We have been dealing with Johnson Technical since 2017 and I have to say they are a really good company to deal with, they now supply and look after our computer and technical needs, its certainly nice to know that any technical problems will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
