Had a very good experience with JSV Loans and then also enrolled in their mentorship program online. I'm really happy with both ends of the business. My loan was a no doc real estate loan.
JSV Capital Mentorship program is an outright scam. They promise hundreds of “warm-prospective leads” every month. They are NOT! These are nothing but names of companies they pull off the internet that have absolutely no interest in getting a loan. They are randomly selected owners that are pissed when you call them. The program is a SCAM. A RIPOFF. They say you will make $8-10k per month. It is an outright lie to sign you up. Read the other reviews. Stay away. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
