After initial contact with Lisa, the communication was great. I helped greatly by planning and comparing prices that she also beat and done better for me. Every step process was honest, legit and easily displayed to follow and understand what deal I had and what my booking entailed.
Took away a lot of stress and put a bigger smile on my face with whole experience and is for now someone I will be investing with for future holiday’s / trips away.

Amazing communication and service from Lisa. Got exactly what we wanted at a great price with the added bonus of answering all our questions clearly and quickly. Also helped arrange private transfers to and from the resort which made for an even better holiday. Could not recommend Lisa highly enough and will absolutely book with her again.

Lisa was SO helpful for our recent trip to Italy. I contacted Lisa after seeing information about Jrttravel on Facebook. She quickly organised a quote for us, and after discussing our original plans, we decided to change location. Lisa was more than happy to start again from scratch for us, and found us a great price for the package we were looking for. She organised everything from flights, accommodation and private transfers, while comparing options and giving advice throughout. Lisa checked us in and got us fantastic seats together on the flight.
