Now used Jpl Direct on two occasions and have to say that both orders arrived very promptly and we're exactly as expected. Excellent quality items at a very reasonable price. One thing that could be improved would be a confirmation email for order and possibly dispatch of items. Overall a great company from my experience.

I order goods that were apparently in stock and received a confirmation of order email, then nothing! No response to emails, when I phone they insist on phoning back but never do. Web site states my order has a status of 'blank'. I have asked them to cancelled the order and despite requesting written confirmation I had heard nothing.
