So impressed I bought again!
I made my first purchase from JPHA this week, buying an Aberfeldy 16 yr old exceptional cask for a really good price. I got a shipping email shortly after purchase and it arrived the next day as promised. As well as great pricing and excellent service the emails they send are well put together as far as information and with some good humour. I had an email a day or so later with the latest offers which resulted in me buying 3 more nice bottles of whisky at really good prices.
I can highly recommend.

Bottle arrived late and tube was…
Bottle arrived late and tube was damaged and base of bottle cracked and leaking.
After several emails the bottle was returned and a new one sent out, which was ok. Always the sign of a good company in how they deal with incidents like this.

I ordered 21 bottles with JPHA and i received a Free bottle of Dewars 21 Yr Old and a sample of Glendronach Ode To Embers. They came 2 days after I had ordered but I live in the west coast of scotland so if I was more central it would've been next day delivery. They all came together and very safe and unharmed 🙌. Wish I'd found JPHA sooner! They're EXCELLENT!
JPHA are my go-to first choice spirits supplier since I discovered them.
Their prices are great, with some AMAZING offers and attentive customer service. I was a bit dubious at some of their super low prices, but there's nothing to worry about. The stock is genuine and the offers are made possible by their bulk buying power.
The bottles are packed very safely and the deliveries are fast, traceable, reliable and on time.
I wish I'd found JPHA sooner!
