We are a family-run business based in Brisbane, founded from a simple idea: what if fresh, chemical-free produce could be delivered directly from local farmers to households each week? What began as a small venture with a single veggie box has grown into a thriving community that now supports more than 500 families across South East Queensland. Our mission is simple – to make eating well easy, affordable, and sustainable. We partner with over 30 spray-free and organic farmers, as well as artisan food makers, to bring our customers produce that is fresh, seasonal, and free from harmful chemicals. We pay our farmers fairly, use minimal packaging, and keep food miles low so that every box has a positive impact. More than just a delivery service, Joy Wholefoods is a community. We have been ordering regular boxes from Spray Free Farmacy for over a year now. The quality of produce is always outstanding. We also love the meat and fish available to order and love that it’s regeneratively farmed and wild caught. We order fortnightly and have always had a very good experience, great quality food & its delivered which is really convenient. I especially like that the farmers and growers are looked after too.

Good wholesome food without the nasties
I’ve been using Sprayfree Farmacy for several years. The produce and products are top notch. Ordering, and delivery is so easy. If any issues do pop up, they are very quickly dealt with. Having it delivered right to the door is the best!!
These guys love what they do and they do it well. I love having healthy food delivered to my door and knowing that I’m helping farmers and small Aussie businesses. Pay a bit more?? Sure, but the quality and supporting Aussie businesses and eating good wholesome food that’s not laced with nasties, is worth it.

Always 110% satisfied with my weekly Sprayfree delivery and if there is any issue with my order, it is sorted so quickly. Sprayfree’s fruit and vegetables are always fresh and their customer service always exceeds my expectations. I’ve started getting their meat and salmon products and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. They continue to expand their offerings and I look forward to placing my Sprayfree order each week as I rarely have to go to the supermarket these days. I’ve been a customer for a few years and highly recommend Sprayfree Farmacy. They are awesome.

Fresh and Tasty Produce
Spray Free Pharmacy’s fruit and vegetables are generally very fresh and tasty. The produce is of a very high quality and keeps fresh far longer than store bought fruit and vegetables. Customers also have the reassurance of knowing that they are not being exposed to harmful insecticide sprays.

Favourite Farmacy
I absolutely love getting a delivery of good, wholesome food for my growing family. I definitely have a new appreciation of farmers - especially those that manage without chemicals as I have been on a learning journey about all the harmful sprays on our food. It is wonderful to be able swap particular items within the boxes and also to have general grocery items available too. I have found the produce to be extremely fresh and of a high quality. It would be great to be able to leave feedback about the box each week. For example, oranges were amazing this week but the apples had bruises or some way to be able to communicate how great or not great the produce was. As cost of living can be difficult on families, I see it as an investment in helping us stay well by eating chemical free food. Thanks so much!

They have a great range to choose from, the fruit and veg taste better than anything we've eaten before and lasts way longer in the fridge.

Quality produce
The taste and freshness of the produce is amazing - so much better than what we get in supermarkets. The customer service is so friendly and helpful. On the rare occasion there is something not quite right, the team are quick to resolve it.
