My experience has been a very positive one. I had much improvement during the course of my ketamine treatment with my depression and anxiety! I did not have any problems with any of the process. I had plenty of guidance and assistance finding the correct dose for me. I’m cancelling my participation bc of health issues I’m having and I have to rule out different therapies I have!

I was with joyous several years ago when it was new. The medicine wasn’t watered down like it is now and I was on suboxone at the same time. Both doctors knew and my family doctor actually recommended ketamine. But joyous after four months decidedthar they could no longer . Treat me. So three years later I stop subixone for a bunch of crap. I paid twice day one. I didn’t want delays . What I got was billed again two weeks later and then they forget to tell me I have to follow up after 3 weeks. Do thanksgiving two weeks no medicine. So I didn’t pay them in November cuz I’m paid through January. But they billed me again two weeks later and they are idiots. I’ve told them they have a duplicate account because former client. I sent them all bank statements. Guess what no medicine again. Because it’s all cheap ai. Watered down medicine and outright theft. They’ve escalated 5x and only once did I actually get a response. They never made their mistakes right. Do Not Trust!!! There’s plenty of others out there

I’m still waiting for results. My dosage keeps getting lowered by mistake and answers to my daily check in inaccurate.
My 80 mg troches have arrived yet my dosage keeps going down despite submitting blood pressure and check in.
I started my ketamine first to mid November. I’m desperately seeking for relief of the PTSD/cPTSD, anxiety, panic disorder, depression and more.

I have been out of my medication for 10 days. I have been begging for help. No one at this company takes this seriously. Joyous has removed all of my posts or comments about the issue. They changed my posting status to ‘in review’ so I can’t post anything. They are actively censoring me. I have contacted a law firm and will be filing a lawsuit for medical negligence.

I have had anxiety and depression throughout all my life I have never been able to enjoy life without worrying. With ketamine therapy I have experienced less stress pain anxiety and depression that I never thought possible!!!!

Horrible customer service. Late delivery last 3 months, ran out and I'm out now. They said they sent it, checked mailbox after I got a delivery message. No medication, notified on December 5, still no meds Having to change treatment now for chronic pain, PTSD.

I’m so happy I gave Joyous a chance. The low-dose ketamine has helped me tremendously, a lot better than a bunch of pills that doctors like to prescribe. I actually look forward to my K-time each day. Afterwards, I experience a “lifted” feeling that lasts the rest of the day. Everything rolls off my back a lot easier. That’s how this medicine works and it starts to rewire the way you think. It’s wonderful!
