Very poor Customer Support
I bought kurtis once maybe 2 months back as I loved their fabric and stitching quality. Since I loved the fabric i reordered 5 kurtis from their website last week. I received the order the last day. When I checked, out of 5, 2 were good and other 3 were very tight and I can't even wear them. So, i pinged joymol support. They are not even picking up the call, respond to my texts, and my emails I have been reaching out to them since morning. I scolded badly through text. But no response from them. I haven't experienced such a bad experience in my life
