Did not receive the product shown
The item that was advertised and that I purchased does not match the one that was delivered. The listing showed very attractive pictures and size specifications. What I received was a poor-quality, ugly product that lacks all the advertised features, and the size is supposed to be 24 cm. The model measures just 16 cm on its longest side. This is a complete scam, and you usually have to pay for return shipping yourself.
According to our return policy, you must return eligible items at your own expense to receive a 70% refund (30% covers the manufacturing fee for personalized products).

Product is smaller than stated. Shipping took over a month, 2 weeks past estimate. Contacted company to ask about the package and why billing address and name being wrong. They cancelled my order till i had to get little angry in my email. Wouldn’t buy anyhting again. FYI they still have wrong name.
