I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before I ordered.

The leggings are just regular, no fodder or anything to keep warm under and the sizes do not match either.

Your product sucks! Not really look the same from website. Very long shipping.

Jag skulle betygsatt Joylis 0/5 men behövde sätta åtminstone en stjärna. Jag beställde 3st älvor men behövde returnera dem. Enligt hemsidan säger dem det är enkelt och smidigt och man använder ett returformulär, detta stämmer inte! För det första tog det lång tid för dem att acceptera min retur förfrågan. När den väl var godkänd skickade dem mig vilken retur adress jag ska använda. Gick in på Postnord för att boka en försändelse till Kina men då är adressen för lång och får inte plats i mottagarfältet. Sen behöver man även fylla i tullvärde som jag inte vet hur mycket det ska vara trots att jag försökt kolla på tullverkets hemsida.

I would like to rate Joylis 0/5 but had to rate at least 1 star. I ordered 3 Pixies but have to return them. According to their website they say it will be easy but it isn't. Took days for them to accept my return request.
Then when I need to go to Postnord to book a shipment. But when I enter the address Joylis has given me it is too long so I can't write full address to the receiver.
Then I also need to fill in customs value which I don't know how much it should be. I tried to find it at the Swedish custom but couldn't find it.
DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PRODUCT!!
I don't recommend that you buy from Joylis.

I ordered a crossbody bag and am very satisfied with the item that I have received. I like how Joylis keeps updating the status of the order. Additionally, the customer support crew replied within 24 hours and they are doing a stellar job both presale and postsale. Will definitely order again!

Scam. Their official customer reviews are fake. Their products are cheap chinese flea market value quality at best.
