The products look pretty good for the price but there is no customer support. Takes a while to arrive from China. If you get a defective jersey they blame you for washing the shirt and are unwilling to do anything other than offer a small credit towards a future purchase. Chinese company that has a sneaky way of avoiding tariffs by bulk shipping to a US address then they get shipped from the US address.

Would not recommend, took over a month to arrive, once they finally got here the home shirt had so many misprints over the shirt its unwearable (fully understand these are replicas, but both the home and away shirt had misprints in the badges and sponsors) customer service was appalling, it’s taken 4 weeks of 1 email a day for them to agree on a refund and they reluctantly gave me a refund on 1 shirt. Overall very disappointed with this company and I’ll be looking for another replica shirt outlet if anyone has any advise, but I would avoid joyfball at all costs.

I orderd 2 jersys. 1 signed with name and number. The quality is just to trow in the trashcan and i havent got my name and number on the other one. These jerseys aint worth 1$ dont order from here

I'd give this company a zero if I could. Made an order in error and then emailed their customer service straight after to cancel and refund. They completely refused. Please avoid this company its a complete scam.

This website is low-key a scam I already used website legitimate checker on Google it was marked as suspicious the comments there are all bots all the 5 star reviews legit bots you the whole point is to give away your information and they will try hack you hope you stay away from this site in general and warn others as well people who are promoting are paid there is no contact number and only WhatsApp isn't that suspicious

Great quality and really great website much better then spending hundreds of pounds on shirts when these are the same.its does take about a month to arrive but when it does it’s amazing

I was sceptical about ordering after reading some reviews but I have no complaints. I contacted customer services before ordering to ask if the was an import tax and they replied the next day saying it depends on the country you live in. I'm in the UK and had no charges. Ordered on 6 September and 2 shirts were delivered on 24 September. I got a confirmation email once Ordered and one a week later to say it had been shipped. You can track your parcel but there's limited information. The shirts are very good quality and much cheaper than genuine shirts. I got free delivery for ordering 2 shirts. I would definitely use again.

I could give big about this goofy, crapped,(and FAKE) CRAP! First of all i spent $20 on my first order (we already were on edge) And then my mom looked up the reviews. What is its overall? 3.5 out of 100!!! It is DEFINETLY to good to be true. And they are KNOWN for their phishing. Plus my order never came! Though i did just spend $20 i was going to spend $140 on more jersey that would've been like all my money. And whats more stupid is people are idiotic anough to write reviews saying their order actually came! Never buy from the website with the stupid, and sped name of joyfballs. (and when I said sped I wasn't trying to be offensive to anything besides Joyfballs because I have an autistic, diebetic and gluten free brother who also has down syndrome. If i were you i would not buy from Joyfballs cause it is FAKE.

I ordered 26 days ago and still haven’t recieved an item. I tried contacting support by email and WhatsApp and had no response to try resolve this issue. Haven’t recieved my 2 shirts or any communication about fixing it.

I paid 216€ for 8 shirts. they took about 5 weeks to arrive which is quite a long time. The problem was because i order to Estonia and had to pay an extra 90€ for declaring because my order was over 150€.
Overall i got the shirts in the end, but make sure to keep your order under 150€.

I have to admit I was afraid this shop is going to be a scam. However, I gave it a try and now that I have my jersey I'm entirely happy with it. The quality is fair and I have no complaint whatsoever. The package took about 2.5 weeks to get here (central Europe) but considering the distance it is only comprehensible. I would definitely say I will buy further jerseys from this shop and only recommend it to everyone out there searching for decent jerseys for a very good price.
