Ordered a spray for my car, they sent what looks like 3 tiny bottles of soapy water.

Its a rip off don't buy anything from this shower of sh@ts

I ordered a pack of 3 bottles, but for some reason an additional 5 bottles (8 in total) ended up being charged for. I immediately tried to email Joycuts to amend the order, but nothing happened. Confirmation of my order said a pack of 8 bottles. Again tried emailing them, but it bounced back. SERIOUSLY UNIMPRESSED !!

I cancelled part of my order (or the full order) as I make a mistake on the order quantity, I mistakenly ordered multiple bottles of a car cleaning product when I only required one bottle (try the product out first to see if it was any good).

I noted my mistake immediately on payment and replied to the conformation order email but also through their website before the item was approved for packaging/processed to send/delivery status.

Totally ignored after multiple emails explaining my mistake. The full amount of multiple bottles was taken off in full instead of cancelling or editing the purchase to show the required one bottle only with postage charges.

I will never use this company/website again and will pass on this information/experience to my close family and friends (plus this review site for others to read).

Extremely underpowered and stops working mid-shave. It barely cuts any hair and feels more like a toy than a grooming tool. The quality is super cheap, and it started malfunctioning after just two uses. Honestly, I regret wasting money on this.Most of the glowing feedback on this item seems suspiciously fake or incentivized.

Advised on 3rd April that my order (made with Comfybear two weeks previous) had been eventually shipped. Now 15th April and still not delivered.
Never again will I order from either company.

Sharp practise - be careful order one thing and they add another. I should have read the on line reviews. I am told I will get a refund so lets see. If not then I will revert.

Do not use this company, they are a scam. They do not deliver the items but insist they have but will not provide any proof of delivery or carrier details. I have been waiting 4 months for delivery.

Could’ve got this cheaper from many companies. Delivery took so long. Lasted only a couple of weeks. This was foundation which should’ve lasted much longer- a very expensive foundation make up that didn’t last as long as other foundation make ups I often buy. Won’t be purchasing from here again

The item I ordered was never delivered despite Joycuts claiming that it had and suggesting that I check with neighbours etc etc.

I ordered a car window cleaning item on the 8th of February and it hasn’t come yet, I did try emailing but it was sent. Is this a scam and if so how d i get my money back

These people are in China in spite of their adverts. Order in mid December hoping for Christmas. Tracking follow up said delivered on 25th December!! . Initial query in January prompted a response that I should wait a little longer - I did and still no delivery so I emailed again - the response this time was an instance that it had been delivered as per tracking and that I should check neighbours; outbuildings; post office and contact the carrier myself. The respondent's name "Durian"- a bad smell!

They show a video of an electric screwdriver, when you look into it there's only a cheap screwdriver from China

My item was never posted, I didn't pay through PayPal so no comeback or refund, ignores emails, total rip off !!

Not what I ordered, not what was shown, total crap, anyway these company wriggle out they will, show something,a d it's not what you saw, similar but a lot less functional, probably fall to bits after short period, 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I foolishly ordered two mathematical puzzles about 6 weeks before Christmas.
No sign of them and no answer to emails.
MORE CHINESE RUBBISH AND ROBBERY.

I watched the ad where Joycuts said if you're not happy with the product, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

I've emailed numerous times asking for a refund only to be ignored ! There has been No response to any of my emails!

Lesson to self !!!
I need to check out a company before parting with my hard earned money! Well it's the last time this will happen to me.

I just saw another Chinese company advertising a hair wash to guarantee helping your hair to grow.

I went to trust pilot and saw several reviews telling people not to order from them as the product doesn't work and they don't give refunds - they offer 20%, and tell you to keep the product.

Do not order anything from this sham of a company. Order submitted in November 24 still not received in Jan 25. I’ve chased multiple times but only received one reply asking me to be patient! Tracking says a delivery was attempted but this is incorrect as I was in all day and the recordings of the doorbell show no attempts. Very disappointed and over £57 worse off. Avoid.

The didnt supply the goods ordered and after one email saying sorry for the delay...nothing. No goods no apology and no refund.
