On Sunday, I ordered online a juicer. It arrived on Tuesday. Well packaged, and perfect.
The reason for this review...I asked in my local wellknown electrical store for the juicer, they said a 2 week delivery and it was nearly €100 more in price. The company said they couldn't do a price match and were so unhelpful. I sat in the car park and searched Joyce's, placed the order and here I am, juicing and happy.
What a pleasure giving Joyce's my business. They are fast, efficient and I had updates with my delivery status. Highly recommended.

This is a great company who genuinely care about their customers experience. We were having terrible trouble with the company who made our dishwasher (Hoover) which we bought at Joyces, and Joyces did everything they could to see to it that we were fully assisted. If you want to stress your life then go and see these guys. No one seems to know anything about their products and I purchased a kenwood oven with double hobb. When I got home I had been given two slow cookers. Obviously taking it back the kenwood was no longer available and I was given a refund. Five days on and still no money in my account. Looks like another visit!!!!

Great staff and shop , staff have good knowledge if they don't know something they go find out ...they don't push stuff on you but explain a few different items in the area your looking for.

We had an issue with an aarke carbonator which was caused by a faulty gas cylinder.
The customer service we recieved in Joyces was second to none!
They replaced the carbonator twice before the issue was rectified. The staff were so helpful.
Going forward we will be buying all our appliances in Joyces!

Great service! Had trouble with other suppliers finding an integrated fridge freezer that would fit. Gavin in sales took the time to email back and forth to be sure we had the right model. Installation was very smooth and professional. Fridge is great too.

Delighted with my new Bosch Washing machine delivered today. Great first time experience with your store as I'm new to Wexford and will definitely be shopping with you from now on for other appliances. Billy was so helpful and even remembered my name when I returned to the store...its not that often you get such personable and exceptional customer service..well done!

I was recently in the store with my elderly father as he wanted to buy a heater. We were served by Bianca who treated him with a level of respect and dignity I have not encountered in a long time. As he has aged I have sadly noticed more and more people addressing me and ignoring him which makes me very sad. Bianca answered all his questions very professionally and both he and I learned a thing or two about energy consumption. He bought a heater and is delighted with it.Thanks Bianca.

Quick, efficient and at the best price I could find.

Put in an order for a relative and it arrived quickly and good valu for money

Company sold me a gas heater with faulty regulator, didn't return my call querying its fitting, finally responded with email promising two free gas bottle refills only to post two €10 off vouchers that can be picked up free anywhere. So much gas escaped from the regulator on this heater, it took two days before the carbon monoxide alarm stopped going off even in the adjoining rooms. I sleep with my window open or this could have been a very different outcome. Don't lie to your customers, especially the ones whose lives you risked.

joyces.ie is always my first port of call. I have bought several items from them and they cannot be beaten on price, efficiency and most especially customer service which could not be more friendly and helpful.

You choose something, you buy it, they save your receipt incase you have any issues, they deliver. They do what a shop does without issue. I keep going back.
