Was picking a mother of the groom dress and they helped me find the perfect dress! I also carry the brand in my bridal/prom boutique and I truly feel like family at Jovani.

I have a very bad experience with Jovani and with their so called manager John Behette, who is the shame for the company. He is the bad example of human not to say anything about his unprofessinal demeanor, lack of integrity and cooperation,coordination. He is disgraceful as the manager for the accomplishments you do as the employee. He is the worst example of a manager. Dishonest man! Shame!!!!!! Date of experience December 2023

If you're planning to order a Jovani dress, expect a long waiting time. We were told to expect a 4 to 5 month wait, so we went in October. It's been over 6 months and no dress yet and prom is only a few.weeks away. Beautiful dresses but not reliable for the price we pay. We don't even know if we will have time for alterations. Never again will we order a Jovani dress.

My Jovani gowns are some of the prettiest gowns I own. I actually own so many from this company. I first came across the company purely by accident about 18 months ago. I saw it on instagram. And I fell in love immediately. I was so fortunate to try on a few of their couture gowns in their showroom in NYC, and yes, now I own two of their couture gowns. I have performed on stage in both of those gowns and I have been professionally photographed in three of their gowns! You cannot go wrong with a Jovani gown. On top of their long gowns, I also own three of their cocktail dresses. One of which is so much my favorite that I literally look for occasions to wear it and when I do, people are constantly asking me where I got it. I could add a photo album of fabulous pics of me in fabulous Jovani gowns. Here is my suggestion, find a store that you love and trust and let a great store owner walk you through the world that is Jovani. You will be so glad you did! I personally shop at Infusion Boutique in Rhode Island for my Jovani apparel and sometimes we meet in the NYC showroom when I am looking for something above and beyond. The experience has been exceptional!

Found my perfect MOB gown..
I live in Australia and bought online so I was a bit nervous. I cant believe how beautiful it looks on, it fits perfectly, the colour is amazing and the silhouette is beautiful contouring all in the right places.
I’m so happy that I found Jovani, you now have an ongoing customer and will definitely buy again when I need another beautiful gown.

I ordered a dress and it finally came, looked very very different from what they advertised. The quality was poor and it was a lot of effort to get them to agree to a refund, which I am still in the process of getting.

I love all the dresses I have gotten and worn from Jovani. My favorite dresses have all came from here.

I ordered a Jovani dress via MadameBridal.com which was sent out via the Jovani warehouse but it never arrived. Their customer service is not helpful, it's a shame! I opened a Claim with the carrier and they confirmed that Jovani sent the package to the wrong addressee. Jovani nor Madame Bridal won't refund or resend the item, a $500 dress and won't return my email or calls.

WORST BRAND AND STORE EVER! STAY AWAY!
