Took My Defective Boots Back and Kept My Money – Months No Refund
Journeys accepted my defective boots return (RMA 134263) and confirmed in writing that my refund would be issued by December 17.
The boots were shipped back long ago and were confirmed delivered to their DWS Logistics warehouse, yet over three months later I still have not received my refund.
I have multiple emails from Journeys promising compensation, but they never honored their promises. There has been no proper communication and no resolution — just delays and excuses.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They took back the product and kept my money.
I strongly warn other customers to be careful when ordering from Journeys.I am now preparing formal complaints with Canadian consumer protection authorities due to this unresolved issue.
