Total scam, ordered one of their Christmas gnome calendars. Nothing like the advent, it gave me tracking from the USA and has turned up after two weeks from china and is only fit for the bin. It’s a4 sized not the large calendar they show on the advent and not a fluffy cute gnome in sight. Just small plastic crap you get outer a cheap cracker!!!!!

I ordered set of 2 bras I immediately told them I had pressed the wrong size and was told "do not worry the new size will be delivered "took 2 weeks and after 3 emails confirming change of size they were not changed...after 3 emails I was offered £2 for the inconvenience I have refused and no more emails have been received I will chalk it up to experience but will warn everyone I know of there poor customer service

Invoiced one price at point of sale and charged a different price. Doubt the products will turn up. Do not use or trust

I ordered outdoor lights for the festive period. I was sent a tracking email which indicated it was coming from USA, so gave it a bit of time. A set of lights turned up within 15days , not from USA (No customs clearence etc) & they were nothing like what I had ordered & looked very cheap (no mains adapter a wired USB. So they went in the bin.
I chased them today & they gave me 2 different sets of tracking details, one showed coming from China, the other didnt work.
Original tracking email has updated showing its has been shipped from USA, passed customs & out for delivery.
When confronted with the evidence they have gone very quiet!
Dont trust them!
UPDATE: these crap lights lasted 6 days & have given up TOTALLY

No goods recieved, no refund, no contact t/n to discuss. All i was offered was to buy again and pay for the loss of the first order...yeah right!!

Don't buy from this website. Item not as described! Do t waste your money . Customer service is terrible. Very disappointing. Wont be ordering off your website ever again. Irm purchased microblading eye brow pencil in light brown . This did not have anything it it ! Empty. Scammers . Would not refund the amount paid.

I have looked into this site as I was interested in some far and near photochromic glasses. I read the reviews on here, all good in the USA for the same or similar garment and wording. However, the UK reviews were shocking for a number of different goods, not as described or how they looked on the site and very poor communication, customer contact, no refunds. I've also checked the company's address in San Jose it doesn't exist, just the postcode which is that of Downtown, San Jose. Moral to the story, look before you buy as company's like this online now have your address details and credit card, banking info. In the UK go to a website of the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) that give all sorts of cyber security information and training for the public and small to large businesses for free.

Picture and description was of a beautiful wooden carved Christmas Decoration with, in this case, a hedgehog inside.
The decoration itself is simply a picture in plastic which is not even the same picture!
Absolute joke for the money. Scammers!

I ordered the gnome advent calendar. The charge went through twice and I have received no confirmation or order number. No one is responding.

I see from other reviews now that it is junk anyway and only has 3 gnomes.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 3 beautiful looking glass Christmas decorations only to receive 3 horrible cheap plastic decorations. Awful customer service as refusing a refund and saying I have to pay the shipping costs to return the items to China.

Appalling customer service. Resin Xmas ornaments just cheap plastic. Nothing like the ‘glass’ advertised. Nothing doing via PayPal either as I was too late to complain! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Permanent outdoor lights. The item shipped was not the same as the invoice. Will not refund, returns cost more that its worth, as in China.

Wish I could give it minus number - would not give it one star - as everyone else has said complete fraud , set Christmas lights and only half work and they said it works as expected when I sent them the video!

Total scam. Ordered a glass robin and what i recieved was not as advertised. Cheap plastic with a sticker rather than glass. Also they charged me twice on currency conversion. Don't purchase from this site

Stop. Stop. Stop. Do not buy anything. It's anything but joy and miserable. The items they sell and the items they send are totally cheap fakes. I asked for a refund and 16 messages later has to accept a part refund. They know it's too much to return the items tracked to China. The UK web address is to give you a sense of security and faith in the company. I ordered glass and wire Xmas Robins and got cheap printed plastic. Then read these reviews and complaints. They even tried to morally evoke my sympathy that they don't earn much but they cheated me out of MY hard earned money. Beware buyer. Buy nothing.

I ordered two Christmas decorations that appeared to be glass and very pretty on the website however when they came they were two bits of cheap plastic. I was charged £15.08 for the experience. I was also offered a refund if I returned them to China at my own expense. Absolute criminals. The items look to be worth less than 50p each. Look nothing like the website picture and the light does not shine through as promised because the cheap bits of plastic have been painted. Trading standards are aware of this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER - THEY ARE NOT GENUINE.
This supplier is not selling genuine items and copy photos from legitimate Etsy sellers and send nasty plastic copies.
