Very very poor. I bought a signet ring from this Journet for my son’s 18th birthday, initially the communication was very good and Sam asked me to send the wax seal of the family crest. I did so (this was a family heirloom belonging to my Grandfather). The ring was never made and I was subjected to a series of lies and excuses. I was only refunded by my credit card company and my seal has still NEVER been returned. Pls avoid this company, they are fraudulent liars and very dishonest.

Absolute scam. I bought ‘gold’ hoop earrings on Etsy, €300. They weren’t gold at all, left marks on my piercings and when I contacted Sam via Etsy he came up with lots of reasons why this happened. Absolute rubbish. He has stopped answering my messages, ignored messages on instagram and has now disappeared from Etsy and instagram.

Absolute scam. Ordered some earrings and they sent a much cheaper version, nothing like the picture. Their ‘managing director’ Sam is full of empty promises when he actually does reply to emails. Waited patiently for weeks for the error to be dealt with and the origional earrings I ordered sent out but heard nothing. When I asked for a refund he stopped replying. They are now holding on to my £120, I have had to make a claim through my bank but Journet are not responding to them so it will take months until I get anywhere in terms of receiving my refund. Claims this is a long standing family business but you can soon see online it was opened recently after the other business went bust. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service
Terrible terrible service. I ordered an item 5 weeks ago. It was a birthday present for my niece. The item never arrived. I have emailed numerous times and have never received a response I have also called numerous times and twice talked to someone who said that it would be sent out within a couple of days (the first time I was told this was over 3 week ago). I have now requested a refund. I am very disappointed.

I ordered earrings I have never received. No response to my emails and now I will be contacting my bank to inform them of this scam.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Ordered a bracelet in September, received a email stating they received my order and would email again when it was to be dispatched. No bracelet received, no correspondence. I called a few weeks later was told that it was lost and that they were looking for it, heard nothing back. Called again after numerous attempts, was told that it was being remade and needed hallmarked, that they would be in contact, no response. Days and days of calling and leaving messages. Contacted on email, Facebook, Etsy and instagram, no reponse. This went on for weeks. Eventually got through again, another fob off, when I eventually asked for a refund after weeks of being patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt - complete silence, all calls and messages ignored. I paid £252 for this item….customer service was awful. I eventually got my money back through my card provider, but I never heard anything else from this company. Avoid at all costs!

I was going to leave a review on Etsy, but it says that I can’t do so until after 12/16.
Anyway, the item arrived yesterday, and I just wanted to tell you how very pleased I am, not only with the service that you provided and with the speed of delivery (considering that the item was shipping overseas…) but also with the item itself. I absolutely love the bracelet, as it was just what I was looking for to match my ball chain necklace. I couldn’t be happier with it!
My only frustration- and, of course, not with you, but with Etsy- is with the spotty updates on shipping (which is to be expected with international deliveries) but the bracelet has already been delivered, and the website is still stuck on “Shipped”, even though it has already been recieved. It would just be nice if Etsy found a way to keep anxious customers like me more updated with tracking and the like, while they wait.
Otherwise, yes- everything else was just perfect! I got exactly what I was looking for- and at a decent price- from overseas, since I couldn’t find it here. The quality of your products and your service speak for themselves, and I would definitely order from you again, should the need arise.
I appreciate your time and attention to this order, for answering my questions, and for getting the bracelet out to me so quickly. I hope to enjoy it for years to come.

Nice jewellery but terrible customer service. I received a receipt for my payment and then heard nothing for weeks. I sent two emails with no reply and finally managed to get someone in the phone after many attempts. I was told it had been out of stock and would get a dispatch email once it had been sent. I eventually received the item but never got a single email.

No necklace no contact no refund
I ordered a necklace on 14 November and received a receipt for my payment but have heard nothing since. I have tried emailing and have left a voicemail to establish what is happening with the order. No response. I am currently lodging a claim with my bank to recover the costs. I always try to help small businesses but this appears to be a scam - best to avoid

Extremely poor service.
Bought a gold chain bracelet for my daughter’s birthday in June 2023. After a few weeks of wear the clasp broke. Contacted journet jewellery and was told if i returned it they would repair it. I was pleased with this and expected to have it back in a few weeks.After months of chasing the company about the repair and being regularly assured that it would be ready to be returned to me in a few days it still hadn’t been returned. I was fobbed off regularly with excuses of being very busy and staff sickness , but they kept assuring me it was being repaired. After over 3 months of waiting for the bracelet to be returned I was told by Sam, that he/she would personally make sure it was sent out in a few days ,after it had been polished. A week later still no bracelet. I wrote a negative review on Google and contacted the company again. I asked for a refund or replacement as the bracelet was obviously not fit for purpose and it seemed that I would never get the bracelet back . I was told in capital letters that I WOULD NOT be getting a refund under any circumstances and that it would be sent out soon. They obviously are very happy to breach the Consumer protection act.
After threatening to claim for the item via my credit card company it finally arrived, although sent to the wrong address. They also offered an Amazon voucher as an apology, which went a little way towards compensation for the stress chasing this repair had caused me.
Now a week later the repaired bracelet has broken in the same place again.
Contacted them again and requested a refund and again was told under no circumstances would I be getting a refund.
I will now be making a claim against them through my credit card company.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU IF YOU HAVE TO SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR REPAIR.
AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I would like to add that at no point after I had returned the bracelet to them did they suggest the bracelet had been caught or pulled which as they say caused the breakage.They could have mentioned this to me and we could of had a discussion on how to go forward right at the start. All the way through this process they were happy to repair the item. Seeing the bracelet now , after the second breakage it doesn’t actually look like it’s had a repair.
My biggest complaint about this company is that they took over 3 months to do what should have been a very simple repair and were very blunt about offering a refund or replacement and this is the first time they have mentioned that the clasp looked like it had been elongated. A very disappointing company to have to deal with through Etsy.

Scam business
Firsty would not trust the 5* reviews linked to this company, if you do your research you will find this company has an appalling customer service ethos. I had to get the police involved to reclaim a piece of jewellery they failed to return to me, turns out lots of other customers have had the same experience.In response to journet reply, you lied several times telling me it was either in the post or sent in the next couple of days, at no point did you say a timeframe for the diamonds one of your colleagues called "saphire" also stated it was in the post.
