Do not use they are scammers you will not get yout item

Sizing is inaccurate, they are NOT made in the USA, and returns seem nearly impossible. Don’t order from this company

Will never again order from this site. They lied about being made in South Carolina, and inferior quality.
Sickens me that people cheat others for the almighty buck.

Not even one star. Said items were made in South Carolina, but my two sweaters were made in China. False advertising. I don't want any garbage from China.

Jotyi clothing took my money and no clothes and only a partial refund. Terrible business and definitely not from South Carolina. They are liars

This company sent me a sweater that looked nothing like the sweater that they advertised. There is a hole in the collar, the quality/material and style of the sweather was nothing like the advertisement. I wrote to their service department several times and they offered to refund me 8$ and I could keep the sweater. I purchased the swearter for 92$. Their refund information on the original site promises easy returns and a shipping lable once you communicate with the service department. I believe the company name has now been changed to Erlofe on Facebook. Buyer Beware, this is a scam company. I would happily show photos of the advertisment vs. real life if adding photos to this review was permissible. I believe the company name has been changed.

I ordered from this company at the end of November. My items did not arrive until after Christmas. 4 items were ordered. Out of the 4items, only 2 were acceptable. One of the item was not as described(what a joke), and the other item was way too small on the top and way too big on the bottom(dress). Their website says, “easy 30 day returns.” There is no customer service number, only email to communicate. I have been going back-and-forth with a customer service rep I guess? Roughly 24 hours between emails being exchanged. They keep making offers like, would you take $6 dollars and keep the clothes? The other offer was $15, and I keep the clothes. Who does business like that? I told them I just want to send the clothes back. Then they proceeded to tell you me, I have to pay shipping back. There’s nothing in the return policy about this or the cost for returns. Most places are either free returns, or a flat rate. I feel like they keep jerking me along, so it’ll go past the 30 day mark. I am currently waiting to see how much is going to cost me to send two items back. I would stay away from this website. If your order doesn’t end up making you happy, you will have issues trying to return items. They also say at the top of their website, “ easy 30 day returns. Easy my ass! Do yourself a favor, and order from my website you’re familiar with.

Lots of compliments, sizing is spot on. Shipping took WAY too long!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered $250 worth of tops. After waiting a VERY long time - they arrived today. Shoddy quality at best and 3 of the tops are not at all what I ordered. The kicker is - when they send you confirmation they don’t include pics of your order. Just vague descriptions. And it’s been so long I can’t remember what all I ordered - but 3 of the 7 items are not tops I would ever buy. I’ve contacted their “VIP” help line and no one has responded. Never again. Complete waste of time and money.

The shirt was so cute but delivery was a little slow

Ordered 12/8. Tracking was sent the week of Christmas, then 12/29, I questioned no delivery, and USPS shows no record— still nothing on 1/8.
No way is this coming from SC, USA—
They posted they ship immediately. False. I am ready to dispute my charge and file a complaint. Horrible business. Buyers beware!

I ordered two sweaters! The fit was perfect and I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality! Thank you!

The sweaters are beautiful. Shipping took almost 4 weeks, so if you need your clothes for an event order very early.

Ordered items on December 15th, have not received anything. Shipping says label was created but nothing else. STAY AWAY

Placed an order on December 12, 2023. Have not received item. Tracking on shipping says label was created. Nothing has been shipped via USPS. Looks like I am out $50.

Photos are wonderful...can't say the same for the quality of the clothing. Never again will I purchase from this ripoff company/site. "Made in S.C." my fat fanny...all made in China and ships from N.Y.

I was excited to get the items I purchased. The sizing chart listed was the same for all items ordered but was not exactly accurate for the items I received. The items fit smaller than expected.

I ordered from the company because the ad said “made in South Carolina”. The items were made in China and shipped from Jamaica, NY so that was disappointing.

Terrible quality and not like the website photo. My wife was disappointed, it was supposed to be a gift for her. When I emailed and asked for a refund, they offered me $7 back. I paid $43 with shipping.
