You order consists of 2 items with different delivery times.
The first item had a delivery time of 3-5 business days and the second item had a delivery time of 2-4 business days.
Both items were delivered within the given delivery time.
Considering both items are scanned as delivered I am not sure what you mean by saying that the package never arrived.
For us to look into this I recommend you contact our customer service.

Won't refund price difference
Ordered & got delivered a bed, which one day later got new, cheaper price due to Black Friday.
They told me that they won't refund the difference, I can feel free to pay for the return of the packages, and order again to get the new price.
Typical 'do it if you really care' attitude, even Elkjøp in Norway is better, who in a similar case, refunded the difference without a question.
Update - even though they promised below to follow up, nothing has happened.

Did not receive all the articles I paid…
Delivery was delayed without me being informed about it, and at the end, I had to go and pick up packages even though I paid for the home delivery service. Oh yes, and I haven't even receive all the articles I paid for.
